“You'd be crazy not to visit!”
Reviewed August 6, 2013

My 14 year old son and I had a great time here - spent about one and a half hours enjoying the very imaginitive and challenging pirate course. It is good to go when it is not too busy so you can take time at each hole to try the easier and harder recommended lines to the hole. Water runs through the course which is an extra hazard and many times I needed to use the handy scoops provided to retrieve my ball which adds to the fun. You have to cross the water twice on a small pull along raft which is a novelty feature much enjoyed by children of all ages. Do take your phone or a camera for some good photo opportunities - we forgot ours! It is a little pricey at £8 for adults and £5 for children but if you can take your time and make it last then it is certainly very well thought out and entertaining. A normal local putting course in a park would have cost £10 for us both and would have been a lot less fun. I wonder if they should or do offer discounts out of season or at less busy times. It is a quite exposed site so you might swelter on a very hot day, especially if there was a queue at the holes but on a light cloud, breezy day it was just right.

“Great fun for kids”

Great location. Good parking facilities. My two boys had great fun.
Was a little pricey (£5 per child) but was a very good course so was worth the cost.
Went to the cafe after for a drink and this was reasonably priced and in a lovely setting.
Would recommend.

“Great for kids. Lovely location.”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

Have been here twice now with seven year old son for Birthday parties. Very good parking, great location. The crazy golf is designed like a pirate island with lots of water and little pull boats to get you over. Would reccomend a warm dry day as its up on the hill and gets windy. Take spare footware for the kids as they DO end up getting the balls out of the water, all part of the fun. There are 18 holes very well designed, some kids get a bit bored towards the end. There is a little pirate ranged shop with little bits and bobs the kids like. Lovely big bar and terrace for food and drinks. Will be going again this summer. Wokings hidden secret. Well done Hoebridge. p.s Birthday parties well catered for nice staff and nice food and good party bags.

“Great fun & not just for kids...”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

What a great place! Lovely location, very clean & tidy & lots of fun! If you love crazy golf & you have a competitive streak this is the place to go! Not just for little kids but for the big kids too. My boyfriend, brother & me are all very competitive & this was really great fun. The course has some really fab technical holes to play which can be either entertaining or infuriating depending on your view :-), suffice to say the game can change on some of the more challenging holes! Each hole offers an easy or slightly more challenging route from the tee so it really is something for both children & adults all within the same course! We were there early in the morning but can imagine during school holidays it can be very busy - but with great reason. We were on the course a good 1 hour 30mins then off to the bar for a drink... great fun!
