Fairly standard National Trust fayre, reasonably priced and a good place to visit, ample seating both inside and outside.

When you see the Dining room with it's stunning views you can imagine the old man hosting lunch parties there. You can see why he loved this house.

We came here with our visitors from Australia. The house was very interesting and the room guides were very informative. The gardens were superb. We ended by having a cream tea in the tea rooms. Arrest day out.

The home of Winston Churchill where he spent the end of his life in an area of Kent that he loved so well. The surrounding area is set out that you can walk around is beautiful and so are the views. The house is just as he would want visitors to see that it was a home, not an house of bricks and mortar , you can visit the studio where a number of his paintings are hung, Well worth the trip to see how our greatest statesman could relax with his wife and family.

A lovely house with fantastic views but the Churchill connection gives an added dimension.
The guides and displays give just enough information to make you want to read a biography! Just amazing what Churchill achieved and the evidence is all here.
