Decided to try the early bird menu on Friday and we were pleasantly surprised.
The choice of food was really good for an early bird menu and when it arrived it was excellent quality. We had the King Prawn Tagine and a roast pork and black pudding dish which was dish of the day - both were really good.
The service was brilliant - we weren't pestered for more drinks etc but there was always waiting staff in the vicinity if you needed something. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
We thought that for the quality of food the menu at £16.95/head for 3 courses + coffee was excellent value and we will definitely be goinng back - might try the sunday lunch (same price) next time.
