I have eaten here on several occasions and have never yet had a poor meal or had poor service. We normally eat at lunchtimes or early evening but this time stayed over at the Premier Inn which is within walking distance, so we were able to sample the atmosphere more. There is an excellent choice of food on the menu and staff are attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant has huge front windows so it is lovely watching life go by outside whilst eating. Only drawback is that the toilets are two flights of stairs up - not good if you've had a couple of glasses of wine - but otherwise it is a very enjoyable experience.
