AVOID AVOID AVOID....
This place is horrendous and I’ve never stayed anywhere so disgusting and it certainly isn’t even worth £10 per night!!
Holes in the wall, plug sockets hanging off, cracked tiles and plaster everywhere. Bed shoved against the window. The list is endless
The furniture was fit for the dump and the noise all night meant no sleep (not that we slept as we just waited for someone to be at the hotel so that we could get out of there)
We were staying there due to a festival and we didn’t know the area so 2 girls on our own and had paid for this place, we felt we didn’t have much choice but to see it through. But we checked out at 7am
We complained in the morning and we could see the guy knew exactly that the room was in no fit state to let out and even said they need to sort that particular room. To top off the insult, when we arrived, the guy actually asked US for a £20 cash deposit!!! He should have paid us to stay there!!
We booked through booking.com and I can tell you that the photos on the site are NOT actually what you get so we feel totally ripped off.
We have put an official complaint across to both the hotel and booking.com

Room Tip: Don’t stay here

Another great visit to the Arran! Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed. Freshly cooked breakfast. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Shower could do with a boost but otherwise perfect! Thank you.

Excellent facilities for a hotel on a budget. £46 for a hotel just outside London.

Yes, the decor is dated, carpet worn, tiles are broken, wallpaper stained. But for £46? The most important thing is that it was a large comfortable room with friendly staff.

Thank you for a lovely stay.

Basic but comfortable and quiet ensuite room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Good location for Ilford, it's station, the A12/A13/M11 and M25.

Has its own off street parking too.
