Stayed here February 31st-1st March with my husband and both our mums for a mothers day theatre break. I have stayed here many times with my husband before on London trips as it's reasonably priced and very close to Kenton underground station.
On arrival the reception was manned by 2 trainees and someone who said they were covering from another Premier Inn and had only arrived mins ago. He struggled a bit with check in ie: getting names right and trying to figure out if the room was ready (we had arrived slightly too early but wondered if the room might be ready). On a plus side the room was ready early but the key card didn't work in the entrance door, luckily a cleaner let us in and the key worked in the room door.
The rooms are starting to look tired, some of the fittings are rusty, my mothers soap dispenser wasn't working. The beds were comfy and everywhere was clean.
We wanted to get into London to get to the theatre so didn't query the key card, this worked when we arrived back late evening.
Overall it's comfy and well located but could do with some maintenance in the rooms.More
