Great pub with a wide range of good food and beer at reasonable prices. Would use this place again when I come to town.

My boyfriend and I ordered the ultimate all-day breakfast and a lasagne. The lasagne had been clearly overcooked and had stone hard edges all around, by the time I removed all the hard bits I was left with half a lasagne which was pretty small to start with. My boyfriend asked for them to sort it out, they took my plate away and came back 20mins later with a lasagne which looked albeit a little better but this time the plate and the lasagne were cold. The time when you actually need the waiters to come and ask "how is the food?" there was no-one to be seen. Very poor customer service, unlikely to be going back there again.
P.S: The ultimate all-day breakfast was unsatisfying, my boyfriend complained about how hungry he was after!

I have ordered four dishes and few drinks. After 10 minutes they told us we cannot receive one of the dishes because there was no steak in stock. 15 minutes later they have realized that one other dish containing beef was not available as well.
First two dishes came in 45min. Next one came 20 minutes later and they forgot the last one, so we have waited for another 30 minutes. There was no napkins, so the manager asked one of the staff members to bring some toilet paper to the table.
Lots of excuses and the worst service I have ever received!

A trio of us just returned from a lunch trip to The Junction and I had to post a review on here - probably the most lacklustre pub lunch experience ever.

Initial service at the bar was reasonable enough (although it was very quiet) - 3 pints pulled quickly enough, food order taken efficiently enough.

45 minutes later...no food as yet. A second round of drinks included a coffee which took a good 15 minutes to arrive at the table (didn't expect table service but was told it would be!).

Once the food did arrive, the waiting staff unceremoniously announced herself with "did you order food?", then proceeded to inspect the two burgers carefully to work out what they were.

The third member of our group then witnessed his meal being taken to the wrong table and accepted by a glutton who, given nobody else with him was eating, clearly hadn't ordered it. Fair play to anyone who has the gall to do that in a pub I suppose but the staff just shouldn't be letting those mistakes happen. After waiting 10 minutes just in case, the person who ordered it cancelled for a refund and went and grabbed a quick burger elsewhere.

The burgers were actually OK but no nicer than those in the local Wetherspoon's, O'Neill's or Oscars' pubs - all of which offer superior service.

Overall, very hard to recommend The Junction as a place to eat. Even just to drink I'd say it was merely serviceable. The choice of pubs in Harrow town centre is slim pickings to say the least but this should be bottom of anyone's list. We go there once a year or so to see if it gets any better or not but seemingly it never does.

Been going here on & off since the mid 90's. Abeit a few name changes it actually a great pub. The concept still remains the same IMO - Friendly staff (NO Attitude). Beer Garden. Live Sports. It's just a relaxed/Chilled out pub to visit during the daytime. Overall the best in Harrow.
