We stayed here for two nights last October and found the hotel to be of a very high standard. It is a great location for visiting central London. The reception staff were very helpful and the room was spotless. We ate both nights in the restaurant next door and this was also great. We had a really enjoyable time.

We stayed there from December 29 to the January 1. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the location was quiet. Also this hotel had easy access to central London, due to the tube station being just a few minutes away.

My two boys aged 13 and 9 stayed here for two nights recently whilst attending an event in London. Whilst it is not in the centre of London it is just 5 minutes walk or so to Perivale Tube Station making it easy to reach the city in 20 minutes or so. It is ideally placed being close to the A40 with easy links to the M25, the M4 and beyond. The boys particularly appreciated the all you can eat breakfast especially as they ate for free! The room was on the first floor and faced the car park so noise from the road was minimal. The hotel had everything we wanted although we only used it as a base to reach London for the event and to do some sightseeing. The only complaint was that the room had no air conditioning and so it did get warm at night, especially with three of us in the room.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 1st floor on the car park side are quieter.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your break in London. As the hotel doesn't have AC, we are providing extra fans in the room and we are making sure that the curtains are closed to keep the room cool.

For the future bookings, please contact Reception as we are available 24/7 and the Team here is happy to help.

Kind Regards

We were attending Wembley Stadium for the Championship Play Off between West Ham and Blackpool, so we arrived at the hotel on Thursday evening. I can only describe the Reception staff as excellent, especially Simona from Lithuania, and Rafia. They were unfailing in their helpfulness and even printed a Google map off for us on how to get to Wembley stadium. We were given Room 19 on the ground floor, which was clean & comfortable. The A40 runs right outside the windows of the odd numbered rooms, but the triple glazing meant this was of little consequence. If this concerns you I would recommend booking an even numbered room. We could hear footsteps from the room above but there was little other noise.

The only slight failing we found was the pub next door, where the breakfast was served. THIS DOES NOT BELONG TO THE PREMIER INN CHAIN. The hotel was fully booked, but we were all squeezed into a tiny seating area of the restaurant, despite there being plenty of other tables available(I assume this was to assist the bar staff so they had fewer tables to clear). It was OK, but hardly made for a peaceful breakfast, with a lot of tiny tots staying at the hotel, and us wanting a couples weekend away from it all. The breakfast was typical hearty Premier Inn fayre and one could eat as much as one desired so there were no complaints there and it was very good value. I must add that one member of staff, Gulia stood out in her friendliness and helpfulness. We only ate in the pub restaurant on the first evening. The food was typical "pub grub" and if you like living on chips and burgers then it would be great for you, but if you like a healthier diet, I think one night is enough! Luckily there is a "M&S Simply Food" store at the garage nearby, so we bought some fresh fruit & salads from there and had our supper in our room from then on. Plenty of extra tea bags and milk available from reception on request, so we didn't have any problems there either.

The Perivale tube station is only a short walk away and we were in Oxford Street within half an hour on the Thursday evening. Wembley Stadium was easily reached by the 297 bus in half an hour.I would recommend buying an Oyster card if you are new to London which makes travel very cheap indeed.

All in all a very pleasant place to stay, but hopefully in the future Premier Inn will take over the restaurant next door, as the difference between the Premier Inn staff and the pub staff was marked, and the menu at the pub in the evening, although great value, was limited to a burger & chips type fayre.

Fans are provided in the rooms, but there is no air cooling system if you feel the heat during the summer.

Room Tip: Odd numbered rooms on ground floor face the A40 road, but are triple glazed.

This was my first experince at a Premier Inn and I must say I was quite impressed. My family including two children stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights whilst taking in the sights of London. It is ideally located for the tube, with the station only a two minute walk away. We were impressed with the family room we had as both the kids got a bed each, one in a single sofa bed whilst the other slept on a put you up mattress that was raised from the floor. All the beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and the towells were very fresh and clean. We found the staff at the Public House next door where breakfast was served were very helpful. There was a good slection of fruit and cereal and the breakfast was cooked fresh to our orders which was a refreshing change from the buffet style you get quite regularly these days. This hotel is ideal for trips into London with the Central Line trains just a short walk away and no charge for parking. We will definately use the hotel again.

We had a four night stay at Premier Inn Greenford recently. Can't wait to go back. It was a welcome break from 70 hour working week. Arrived stressed, but it was easy to start to relax immediately. Staff on reception were efficient and welcoming. Our room was what we expected of Premier Inn. Attention to detail on arrival. However having stayed in a number of Premier Inns after the first day it doesn't always continue At Greenford our room was serviced every day without us having to prompt. Despite us laying in and going out late.

Perfect for travelling in to London. the pub/restaurant next door was very good. Honest food at honest prices. And after less than 'honest' service in centre of London, it was good to come back to after a long day

We will certainly be making many repeat visits.

Room Tip: We stayed in a room on the main road side. Did not affect us at all, never heard a thing.
