This is my second visit to Diggerland (have been to one in Kent previously), it looks very deceiving when you arrive as it seems quite small and compact, this is misleading as there is so much to do here. All very hand on experiences and the kids loved it, very clean and first class staff, all extremely young but so helpful and willing, they are an absolute credit to Diggerland !!

Me, hubby & daughter took grandson to digger land , we were told it would be a waste of time & money because of his age / size, well we had a great time, he is just two ( 13 nov ) he was allowed on 8 rides, his mummy &grandad went on them as well , she also went on the digger ride that goes high and fast , that was hilarious to watch, there is also an indoor play area included in price, a cafe& shop, well worth a vist , not just boys, girls as well they,ll love it . Get yourselfs there .

Spent a day here with my husband, daughter, son in law and 3 year old grandson. It was our grandsons birthday and he loved every minute, not to mention the two men! It was an awful cold and windy day but in spite of this the young staff were very pleasant and kind to the children, makes a nice change. Lots of diggers, go carts and other rides for kids of all ages, including the really big ones! Indoor play area for kids and reasonably priced cafe, beware though they dont take cards. Bit expensive if you have to pay full price but we used Tesco vouchers. Make sure you use your satnav as there was only one signpost.

We decided to visit diggerland last weekend to celebrate our tractor mad son's 3rd birthday.
We used clubcard vouchers, which paid in full our entry, but if not its £17 each. A little expensive I thought, especially as its the same price for kids too.
There are many different diggers/bobcats to drive and dig with, along with a jcb passenger ride and other sit in rides.
Our son enjoyed most of the attractions, although at 95cm he was too small to go in alone so had to go with daddy (which he didn't mind at all!)
There are go carts and dodgems which are payable extra, not great if you had paid the hefty entrance fee :(
Weather wasn't great so was pleased of the indoor soft play area.
Cafe was reasonable prices and food was good :)
Toilets & baby change were very clean.
All in all a good day out, just a little expensive for what it is (get clubcard vouchers if u can!) x

I recently bought some gift vouchers for Diggerland to find that they arrived after diggerland closed for winter until next year. Diggerland reopens in February but the vouchers then run out in April so are only valid for two months! I contacted head office to see if I could extend the expiry date as the park was closed and the tickets would only be valid for two months - no was the answer! I spoke to Liam Heffernan who was unhelpful and completely unsympathetic. When I asked to speak to someone else he told me - why? They will only tell you the same thing. Absolutely terrible customer service for what is supposed to be a family orientated theme park. I was left with a very upset little boy. Understandably this left me feeling annoyed and totally ripped off by Diggerland and I think any parent would feel the same.

Thank you for your comments. The voucher was ordered online Tuesday 29th October and posted the following day, which is within our policy of 5 working days as explained on our website. On Thursday 31st October we spoke about visiting that coming weekend, which unfortunately was only possible if you had the voucher to present on arrival, but there was no inquiry about extending the voucher beyond the expiry date. If you have any further questions please contact us.
