The quayside location adds something of quality to the usual Premier Inn format. We got caught with the Sat Nav problem delivering you tantalisingly close but the wrong side of a barrier. The receptionist was useless and could not provide a street plan or any local information to get us on the right road to the Hotel entrance. Not funny after a long drive, especially if you don't know Newport's one way system. So many have had the same problem and yet is still remains unsolved.
Everything else was O.k. Exceptional value for money at breakfast.
