“Very interesting venue!”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

It was a nice surprise this newly opened museum near Leiden, Netherlands. As we were looking for a place to spend some quality time during our recent vacation in Holland, we found this great attraction. The museum provides a very attractive and instructive journey through the human body. Few 3D projections are explaining the appearance of a new life, the blood circulation or the mechanism behind smelling. It was one of my daughter's favorite days. Prepare yourself with patience while the admission is in groups and you have to wait until your turn comes but the whole process is very well organized and if you make a reservation (and payment) on line there will be no hassle, take tough in consideration that the reservation can not be cancelled and you have to be present at the time of entry. Staff is very friendly and helpful and we have been feed with all information that we asked for.

“Brilliant science fun for kids and adults alike”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

Visited in January this year, just myself and my partner. As science geeks we thought we'd give it a go. Reasonable prices, headsets for English commentary, and some fun 3D along the way! Obviously aimed more at the younger visitor but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Would definitely recommend!

“theme park like museum”
Reviewed July 3, 2013

all you knew, did not or thought you know about the inside and outside of the human body is presented in a themepark like venue. friendly staff will come up and welcome you with e.g.the words " welcome to the heart" before 3D films tell you more. the walk around show take about 1hour before one can spend more time with interactive activities like riding hometrainers and checking bloodpressure etc. reservation is mandatory.

“Great for learning about the human body”
Reviewed June 9, 2013

...but not so great if you already have a pretty good understanding of how it all works, as the information is fairly basic. A great concept, well done, and 4D movies etc were a fun addition, but I think I expected more from it. A lot of the 'body' that you walk through is just for show, and there is no extra information or interaction beyond the audioguide and looking at the space around you (and no photos allowed). A lot of the interactive parts afterward are in Dutch, so this can be limiting for visitors who don't speak the language, but I'm sure they're great for those who do.
The staff were great, they fit me in with a group for the last tour of the day even though I was the only English-speaking visitor. If this was closer to home I'd definitely reccommend it to local schools.

“school trip”

My kid loved it so much that as parent I know all about it without having been there yet. He would love to go back and speak often about it,
