I'll start with the good points: the 3 person room was spacious with the single bed tucked away around the corner. It has a nice full wall of windows, was spotlessly clean and despite previous comments IS NON SMOKING. Yes it is all quite old but reasonably well maintained. The room was very overheated but at least we could open the window. Bad points: very basic, eg. No clock radio, old tv, hand held shower (good water pressure), bed very firm. Breakfast was a cold buffet, not even toast! And the tea could have been hotter...but there was an ok selection of cereal, ham, cheese and rolls, etc. Although I had asked for gluten free in advance, they didn't have anything for me. We chose it for the location, close to the university where our daughter was staying and the train. Also for the price although I would consider it very expensive compared to Italy.
