Bar Folet is just one road up from the main beach thoroughfare in Vinaros at the Port end and is easy to find. They have a wide selection of tapas which are extremely good - the Pulpo a la Gallego (slices of octopus in paprika and olive oil) is fantastic and one of the best we have had in Spain and they also do their own version of calamari, which is only lighly battered and is also very good. It really is worth trying their suquets - one of their specialities, a fish stew, usually monkfish or seabass cooked with seafood and potatoes in saffron, which is particularly delicious. The waiters are very friendly and helpful, although not much English is spoken so if you don't speak restaurant spanish it's an idea to take a phrase book or be prepared to point at what you want - they are extremely obliging and patient! The fish is absolutely fresh and the food arrives quickly. A really lovely restaurant that is very good value and is very popular with the locals, although even during the very bust Summer months we have never had to wait for very long for a table. Highly recommended..
