We drove up the steep hill to the gardens. It was a little hairy as it is a single track road. Once there the entrace fee was worth it for the beautiful views of the coast. The gardens themselves are stunning but do not have any information in English but there are not that many signs to read anyway. It is tough going if you have mobility issues or a pushchair like we did although there are wheelchair friendly paths to most but not all places. There is a staircase to the main viewpoint but if you can manage it, it is worth going to. With the entrance fee you get tickets for 2 for 1 entry to 2 other gardens in the area.
