This is a real show stopper of a restaurant and the food was the best I had ever tasted - a touch of Heston Blumenthal meets Gordon Ramsay, each course was amazing and innovative. We went for a family birthday and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Would definitely recommend. Especially loved the 'James Bond villain lair' decor and automatic sliding toilet doors! Had the Cava menu at Euro50 and wasn't disappointed. Only tiny criticism is that the food they provided for the children was pretty standard fare when they would have enjoyed the 'theatre' of our courses.

We ordered the cava menu, which included a bottle of cava Torelló Brut Nature per table at 50€ (8% VAT not included) per person. This restaurant offers very good Spanish traditional cuisine with a modern touch. Excellent fresh seafood plays a central role. Starters were very tasty and original. A delicious seafood platter (crawfish, mussels, limpets, king prawns), which can be easily explained given the proximity to Cambrils port, continued. Then, very tender cuttlefish in a very tasty sauce was served. To continue, a salad with lobster and cured iberian ham on sliced potatoes. To finish with a risotto with ceps (mushrooms) and Tarragona shrimps. For dessert, a delicious brownie with praline ice-cream. Coffee is served with petits-fours. All of them were delicious, but a kind of chocolate of white chocolate filled with passion fruit was excellent.
Service is correct, but not at as good as expected in a restaurant of this category.
Extensive wine list at very affordable price. Very good value for money. Definitely a well deserved one-Michelin star and an extraordinary experience.

The modern interior and excellent service provide a great introduction for a wonderful dining experience. We tried the 5 course 'menu gastronomico'. At €35 per person it is excellent value and each of the courses combined the best of local produce with creative cooking. The results were traditional Catalunyan dishes reinterpreted with a modern twist. Fresh seafood plays a central role which is fitting given the proximity to Cambrils port. Our waitress insisted (not rudely) on speaking only in Spanish. This meant that we were left guessing about some of the more elaborate ingredients. This only added to the experience. This is the best meal we have had in Cambrils (so far) and thoroughly recommend it.

If you like a gastronomic eating experience then this is the place for you. It's a little jewel in the lovely resort of Cambrils. Although our Spanish is limited the Staff managed to convey the main item of each dish. Everything is prepared to the highest standard and the tastes from appetiser to deserts were sensational. An extensive wine list was available which catered for every taste; We had a lovely sauvignon blanc for 18 euros. As expected this experience does not come cheap but for a special occassion it is well worth the money. The only thing it does not have is the michelin star it deserves. For me it alone, is a good reason to return to Cambrils!
