Worst hotel we've stayed in. We arrived mid afternoon to find the advertised parking is a couple of spaces on the road outside. After driving round for a space we found a gated carpark a short walk away, not ideal but so thankful we didn't park on the road.
Room was dusty, which sounds preocious, but there was clumps of dust and dirt under all 3 beds. Mould on the bottom of the shower curtain & even an empty pop bottle under a bed also Unknown substance on the curtain to the balcony.room was still in this state after the cleaner came round next day.
Anyway, dirt aside! Description on line states it's a family hotel surrounded by gardens and a terrace, 2 pools and a jacuzzi. This is not entirely true.
There is a terrace at the front of the building only & the garden is a few pots with plants on the terrace. However come 7pm they kick you out the area and close it off, so after 7pm the only outside space to sit with a drink is a small balcony off the bar area with 5 tables. Leaving you with no option to either sit inside or go to your own balcony to relax with a drink.
That brings its own issue as hotel 90% full of teenage Europeans outside on communal balconies playing loud music through their own boom boxes. Even with all doors shut there was no escaping the noise. By 11pm complained to reception about the noise to be told it'll only last another couple of hours. They were politely told to stop it themselves or we would stop it for them.
It only stopped when the teenagers went out.
This is not a family hotel, if you stay here, be prepared for loud drunk teenagers running the place, no point complaining as no notice taken. Also loud drunken fights, urinating and vomiting in the public areas when they get kicked out of the bars.
If we could've paid to move hotel, we would've done. Even earplugs couldn't mask the noise.
There is only 1 pool with a small jacuzzi on the side, hotel said jacuzzi is the second pool!
So in short, not 2 pools, not a family hotel and not surrounded by gardens and a terrace.
Their description matches the shape of the pool, c*ck and balls!
Stay at your peril

Arrived 5th june for a well deserved break only to find hotel overrun with a football tournament going on all week involving kids of all nationalities no entertainment of which was included in price we paid so was told by reception we could go to bon repos hotel and use the all inclusive there as it was the sister hotel been in there all week and now all of a sudden we have been turned away because they have changed their policies regarding this my point being I booked this holiday a year ago and no one mentioned when booking the hotel would be overrun by screaming kids and there would be nothing to do at the hotel not even the pool as it was full all time will not be coming again !!

You’re not allowed to bring food in your room even if the hotel is advertised as an “all inclusive”.

Noise almost every night, we fell asleep every time around 5 in the morning. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A GOOD SLEEP AFTER A NICE DAY, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. Good thing we’re leaving in two days, never coming back to this hotel where they treat people like kids. The only nice people in this place are the housekeepers and two ladies from the reception. THATS IT.

Nice hotel staff really frendly the food was nice the rooms was clean everyday and we didnt have any bother getting a sun lounger the only think was there was no entertainment at night time so it was very boring. Also there was lots of noisey students there and the rooms the walls are very thin so you can hear everything.

We have just returned from five days here. The hotel rooms are basic but perfectly usable. The satellite tv has all Spanish channels bar two news channels. You have to pay for safe and remove control? The food was mainly plain but it has to cater for many different tastes so no complaints from us, they even provide a packed lunch if you're out for the day. The pool and got tub were freezing so we were unable to use them :( the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Our only complaint was the 3 or 4 coach loads of students from Europe that arrived on our second day and it may as well have been an 18 - 30 holiday! After two sleepless nights of them partying on their large shared balcony and the noise travelling up the stairways ( where the youngsters seemed to hang around making it difficult to use the stairs) we spoke to a man on reception who via the translation of another staff member replied 'it's a hotel for young people'! If that's the case maybe they should advertise that fact and not take bookings from two 53 years olds? I'm no party pooper but see the photos attached. These were signs either side of the doors! Our stay would have been fine had this not happened. Our advice, ask if they have coach parties of youngsters coming in before booking, otherwise your stay will be fine
