just back after 2 weeks at this hotel with my husband. we upgraded to a wellness deluxe room , best thing ever we had done, large room with Jacuzzi inside the room, beautiful memory foam beds, twin sinks and rain forest shower plus all the toiletries you would need,it was worth the extra money in everyway way, plus we had bath robes and slippers.May I also add where we were positioned looking over to the pools we had the sunshine from 1pm it was beautiful.now the hotel, the reception staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant, infact anywhere in the hotel the staff were pleasant, nothing was too much for them. The calmness of the hotel was just what we were needing no loud music playing through the day . The meals, breakfast was ok however evening meals were bad. I am a fussy eater, but my husband can eat anything and even he was struggling to find something to his taste, I may add though they were trying to improve just before we left, more salad joices, but the meat and chicken were both tuff and all hot meals were look warm, it is a shame for this hotel they cant get the food better as everything else is first class.
The pool area very clean and the beds very comfortable, its a shame the people just cant stop booking the beds, one morning I watched them from my balcony, the hotel will not let you get a sunlounger before 9am, ok the sit on the wall waiting for the guy to let them in, what annoyed me was they would sit on the wall waiting to get a bed, and then never come back until lunchtime. There was enough beds one day they even got more beds out, so to me no need to book beds in this way. You get a free towel everyweek which was ideal. Unfortunately we didn't participate in the day entertainment, but the 2 girls that done it seemed to keep people occupied and professional.
I would certainly come back to this hotel, maybe bed and breakfast though unless they improve on the food.

Room Tip: wellness room 1213 perfect for sun after 1pm x

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. How any body can critise the food I find it hard to believe they must eat rubbish normally we could not fault breakfast or dinner You had a good choice at both. Rooms was spotless and lovely large balcony staff very friendly would definately recommend this hotal very central but quiet just the thing for chilling out The person who said it is was not even a 2 star must be living in another world everbody we spoke to had been there before or would go back,

We spent two weeks here in September amd unfortunately never had a good meal in the main dining room dispite what time we turned up, early or late, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, actually Dinner was the worst. Everything was overcooked to the extent we had fish and you couldn't remove it from the bones, it wasn't even 2 Star, and oddly when the senior management turned up, the food for one night was very good, but then returned back to the poor quality the following day, although they all ate in the Pool Bar which was opened specially for that night for them alone.. In contrast the Pool bar's food at Lunch was Excellent, worthy of 4/5 star, that's if you could get a seat, because the duty manager installed himself and his entourage in the best tables for 2 hours every Lunch time, Strangely never saw them at Dinner time. The Pool area was closed until 09.00hrs, which is fair enough nobody reserving Sun beds at 03.00am,but the queue formed at 08.00hrs and 09.00 it was like a Le Mans start as there were never enough sunbeds and even less Umbrellas and by 09.15 all beds & umbrellas were gone for the day, it is a miracle that none of the eldery guests were injured. On the Plus side the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent and very friendly with the exception of the management.I complained to Thomas Cooks Excellent Rep Chloe, who dispite all the complaints was always cheerful, friendly and banging her head against the Hotel management wall when flagging up problems, Thomas Cook sent me a cheque due to my experiance.

Having fallen in love with Fuerteventura last year, this is our 3rd trip within a year! We had already clocked out Barcelo Corralejo Bay on our last visit when we stayed in Caleta de Fuste so thought we would book here this time. Location is very good. Close to the beach where we wandered across at lunchtime to while away the time having lunch in one of the beach cares. And only 10 minutes leisurely stroll to the main drag. We tended to avoid the hotels evening entertainment and walked down to the old town and harbour where there were numerous restart ants and bars and street entertainment in the main square. We were lucky enough to catch the carnival and soak up the atmosphere of the locals. We walked to the dunes (about 1 hour there and back) ogling all the private villas along the way. We did watch the Flamenco in the hotel and there was also quite a good soul group on one night. As it is an adults hotel we chilled out very quickly. Room was immaculate. Breakfast very good and also enough choice in the evenings and a nice restaurant. The are several ambient areas in the hotel - a terrace for morning coffee, two courtyards with comfortable chairs and the main bar and lounge area is lovely. We will definitely be back next year ( if not before).

Room Tip: We had a suite with a long balcony which caught morning and late sun but rooms on the left side over...

A very nice hotel centrally located; its quiet and no kids so my girlfriend was able to relax / snooze by the pools in peace all day whilst I went cycling and surfing. Comfortable rooms but note the are large twin beds not doubles. They have lots of activities going on through the hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. They have a good spa / gym area as well. Corralejo is pleasant and relaxed and the dunes nearby are stunning

Chose this hotel for a return visit to our favourite resort. Travelled with my daughter with whom I shared a room, leaving my husband at home. The hotel was of a 4 star rating.
Room was spacious, cleaned to a good standard daily, beds very comfortable. Extra scatter cushions made things more comfortable.
The restaurant was big, never had to queue, food never in short supply with great choice.
The pool was nice & quiet as there were no children. Having never been in an adult only hotel we were not aware of how pleasant this is. Sunbeds were plentiful.
The foyer was a nice comfortable area to relax & read.
The bar staff were very attentive without being overly so.
We were half board so ventured out most evenings in to Corralejo, for which the hotel is perfectly located.
Didn't view the evening entertainment in the hotel but each time we returned other guests appeared to be enjoying what was on offer.
The hotel was quiet so no problems sleeping.
The hotel offered a book exchange room which was a good idea.
We hired bikes for a day from the hotel & cycled to El Cotillo.
On the last day after vacating our room a shower was available with clean towels
The reason for 4 & not 5 stars was the room quality. Although clean it appeared dated & slightly shabby. No other criticisms of this hotel.
