My partner and I stayed here for a week over New Year 2013. Have to say the resort is absolutely beautiful, clean, ample amount of pools and lots to do for the children. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily by friendly, hard working staff. All of the staff at the resort were helpful, hard working and pleasant to be fair.

the thing that makes it four star is the food. Its good but not amazing. four star standard to be honest. I have stayed in many 3,4 and 5 stars and this was good for a 4 star really. I must say the speed at which the tables are cleared are fab... It's really clean there.

one tip I would give is to find about the meals etc. before going so you don't miss restaurants/places to eat and times etc.

Finally is not a place for couples, if you want to stay in the resort the whole time, its fll of families, which I dont mind, I love children. its two minutes away from Corrallejo which was ideal

Room Tip: Rooms away from the pool areas are much quieter.

Lovely rooms, excellent spa but just as well as this and the adults only bar (open 4 hours a day) was the only escape from screaming kids! Great to see family friendly facilities but we were led to believe that there was evening entertainment for adults too but I'm afraid not so. All inclusive buffet and restaurants ok but have experienced better.

went to atlantis suit for 1 week. the holiday was out standing i would go again 100%. there was a different food choice every day. the kids loved the hotel . there was a lot on for the kids to do throughout the day E.G kids club, activities in the pool, activities around the full hotel. throughout the night there was a variety of different mini disco's and shows for the kids and the adults to sit back and enjoy.pool tables, air hockey, play station to arcades for the kids to go on. the master suit was AMAZING, the ground floor back doors lead straight to the main activity pools were all the kids go and enjoy them selfs. a volley val pitch, basket ball pitch, football and tennis pitch and a table tennis. The only thing that i was very disappointed about was the fact that you had to pay for water. expesially when i had paid for all inclusive but, my marks would be 10/10 (100%) i'd go back again. the only thing id say is pack some warm clothes for the night times because it is quite chilly :D this holiday should be a 5 star hotel (*****)

We stayed in this hotel in April 2013 and i am shocked when i see bad reviews! I found this hotel to be a fantastic family resort with everything you want from a holiday to hand!
The rooms were very spacious, we had a studio room and required a cot which fitted into the main bedroom with no problem at all allowing plenty of space in the main living area! Lots of storage space in the walk in wardrobe.
The food was fantastic! We didn't eat in any of the a la carte restaurants we only.used the main restaurant which had plenty of choice the Spanish theme night was the best night of all! Food was plentiful, lots of choice and we never went hungry!
The beach was a short trip away however was by bus which was free with regular times and the beach is beautiful!!!
The animation team at the hotel work tirelessly day and night ensuring there are plenty of activities throughout the day to entertain the entire family! They were truely the highlight of the holiday!
Overall this is a very spacious resort, plenty to do, fabulous food and drink, excellent entertainment and very friendly staff! The resort is spotless and every morning we would find staff cleaning and tending to the areas around the hotel. We will one day return and i have no problems recommending it to family and friends! We had a fantastic time! Thankyou!

Stayed at this hotel for Xmas and new year. What a place. Spotless everywhere. Rooms cleaned daily and everything in the room you could possibly need. The food was exceptional at every meal and at no point in two weeks did we feel the need to go out for a meal. The choices are unbelievable. The Xmas gala and new years gala meals stepped up a notch, not that they needed to. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. There's also an adults only bar which was a great place to chill out at night if you don't have children with you. All I can say to finish is I can't wait to go back.

Greeted warmly by Reception on a lovely sunny Christmas Day and were given a basket of fruit and bottle of fizz to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversay, which was a lovely thought. There was a gorgeous Gala Dinner in the evening where the Management and staff greeted everyone as we entered the restaurant. The food was amazing as was the New Years Gala Dinner. The staff had gone to so much trouble and it was fabulous. The food in the Gaudi (buffet style) throughout our week was excellent with plenty of choice and variety. We found the food in the Asian was rather disappointing as was A La Carte Restaurant.
The animation team, who worked so hard, did a brilliant job as did all the waiters, bar staff, reception etc. Nothing was too much trouble.
Its a large resort with a choice of 6 pools, so there was always somewhere quiet if we didn't want the faster pace of the main pool. We didn't go into the Adults Only Premium Club but there were 2 more pools there.
Onto the accommodation. We had a 2 bed suite overlooking the main pool and a building site on the far side. I had emailed the hotel to ask for a quiet room with a nice view, so our allocated room was the absolute opposite that I'd asked for. However, we didn't intend being in the room much, so decided it would be OK. We knew there was a sliding door between the main bedroom and the living room, but were shocked to find the second bedroom had no door at all and was just a separate area off the living room! This was a big problem with noise and there was absolutely no privacy - so beware if two couples are thinking of sharing a 2 bed suite. There was also a Jack and Jill bathroom, but each end had a lock, so not too much of a problem there. The walk in wardrobe was fab for storing everything out of sight.
Housekeeping was not up to scratch, perhaps because of Christmas. We had to wait 8hrs for an extra pillow on our first day, despite 4-5 requests throughout the day, and one was eventually brought to the room at 23.00! We had to ask on the 5th day to have our bedding changed but towels we changed daily. Glasses in bathroom were not changed, nor were any removed from the room from drinks we had taken back to the room.
I spoke to several people who agreed that this was a lovely 4 star resort, the food brilliant, but the accommodation let it down and would have to give 3 stars. However, the good outweighed the bad, hence my 4 star overall rating.

Room Tip: Ask for a first floor room - those on the ground floor could be very dark because of the established...
