i absolutely loved this holiday we didnt want to come back. we booked it before reading the reviews and was quite worried but there was no need. there was no air conditioning in the rooms but with the curtains closed you didnt really need it. we didnt try baku waterpark which is next door as we heard people saying it was a waste of money so decided on a trip to oasis park down the bottom of the island. it was 61 euros for the coach, food, entrance, the 4 shows and the tour guide which was brilliant- we got a camel ride included and best of all a kiss from a sealion during the sealion show- its definately worth going to even tho its a 3 hour all round trip there and back! entertainment was great and kept us busy if we wanted to join in. the only thing was the food but every day i could find something i liked to eat even if it was the same things! i honestly didnt want to come back!

Me, my husband and our 2 girls aged 6 and 4 stayed at the Oasis Village for 1 week in May and can say we had an amazing holiday. Upon arrival check in was very fast and 1st impressions of the hotel was that it was massive and very very nice. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and were kept really clean. I would say that air conditioning would be a good addition to the room as it does get hot. The hotel location is also very good as its next to the water park and a nice short walk to the town centre where there is lots of bars and restaurants. The food was nice there was always a good selection to choose from. What really made our holiday though was the entertainment team, as a family we go away on the same type of holiday 3-4 times a year and we have to say this is the best entertainment team we have met. Our girls are very shy and have never been to a kids club while on holiday as we are weary and they won't leave us, however the kids entertainment team especially Jenny and Chris were fabulous with the girls and they even went to kids club for 2 hrs 1 afternoon!!!!! Jenny and the gang were also there at the evenings and kept the kids entertained while the shows were on. They all did an excellent job and we thank them for making the holiday so special.
If we had to say anything negative it would be there is not enough bar staff on both at the pool bar in the day and the club in the night, they only have 1 person serving and you have to queue for ages.
Overall we has a great holiday and would reccommend the oasis village to anyone.

Just got back from a week at the Oasis Village in Corralejo, me, my wife and our two chidren aged 5 and 1, we loved it, the bedrooms were spacious, the hotel was clean and tidy, the entertainment team were all good as well and the food was nice, im a fussy eater and there was more than enough for me to eat.
There was diffrent food every day as well, the Mexican night was my favourite.
Not forgetting the little childrens food area as well where they could choose their own food.
Also met some fantastic people out there as well, all in all a nice break and would reccomend 100%

Shout out to the nice familys from Derby and the family from Barnstable as well.....

Cheers Anthony (Liverpool fan)

Went in May half term but it was never crowded,so always plenty of room and free sunbeds. Other reviews mentioned poor food and grated it wasnt brilliant but you wouldnt starve. The place was very clean and the apartments and balcony very spacious. All the staff were friendly and i must give a mention to the entertainment girls n boys as they worked their socks off. So Tubbs says hi.Entertainment was the same it is anywhere. Pools were too cold for me even though the weather was in the 90s all week. The area was very quiet with very little to do but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Went to the main beach in a taxi, this cost 4 euros each way and its very big and beautiful apart from the nudists that we werent expecting. Smashing place especially for what we paid for it so would probably return in the future.

Just got back from an excellent holiday. Really didn't want to come back from this one.
Stayed all inclusive - Rooms very large, but ours did not have any air conditioning, so very hot during night. Would advise getting Fan from reception if you stop in one of these.
Maid Service good - Towels changed about 3 x per week.
We walked straight out of our room onto pool- excellent location.
Entertainment team were fantastic!!! - They worked very hard during day and night. Did great activities during the day for the 13yrs and upwards. They get everyone involved ( who wants to be). They put on most of the entertainment at night themselves, and gave excellent perfomances ( they could even sing good!!!).
Bingo every night for good money ( Hot Hot Sara).
Only down side to this holiday was the food
It was appalling, however. some people did enjoy it. Check out their Yorkdhire Pudding. You could bring this home and wash your windows with it. It was like a thick hard sponge. Not much choice of food that was edible. For breakfast you either got Bacon one day or Sausage the next, but never both together. Sausages were the little hot dog type.
I only had breakfast once during all fortnight as the beans, tomatoes, bacon etc just looked like something a monkey had sicked up!!!! Great if you want o loose weight.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday, we met some fantastic people and had a good laugh.
There were 7 of us in our party
Would definately go back again just for the entertainment and location - NOT FOR THE FOOD ( i have never experienced food like this in other 3 Star accomodation. The food here was more like 1 star). Thomas Cook really need to get this addressed
5 min walk to Water Park and shops
