“Brilliant!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

Spent quite a good few nights in here, and had a good few well cooked tasty breakfasts!! Was always made extremely welcome, nothing is too much trouble for this hard working family, they go out of their way for everyone. They really deserve to get on, so if you fancy a freshly cooked scottish breakfast, or a cooling pint and tasty snack, or a wee dram or two if you can manage them, all at very good prices, head along to An Caisteal it really a shame to miss it!!

“Great cocktail smoothies.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 18, 2013

We stopped her a couple of times, on our first night a couple of hours after landing as it's one of the first pubs we came across before the main drag. The owner Ross and his wife were lovely, and the pina colada cocktail smoothie was gorgeous! We were given complimentary salted popcorn and nuts and chatted with Ross about life on the island and were made to feel very welcome despite it being quiet and the place closing as soon as we'd finished up! We also went along to watch the football on a Sunday afternoon when it was much busier, didn't get a chance to try the food but heard from a a few couples that it was proper pub grub which we hope to try o our next vist to Corralejo.

A nice and cosy place with good home-cooking style honest food. Big portions for hungry ones, reasonable prices. Service with a smile and a chat, good overall atmosphere. Will go again.

“A great wee pub”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 10, 2013

Situated just off the main drag in Corralejo this family run bar is well worth a visit (or like us quite a few visits). The great food (including real Scottish breakfasts), the reasonable priced drink and the extremely warm and friendly service all make for a welcoming atmosphere and somewhere we would happily recommend to all visitors to this resort.
