“Nice hotel”
Reviewed October 28, 2013

Spent a week here, nice hotel very friendly staff. Food was nice, and never a queue for the restaurant. Quite a walk to the town centre, but there is a shopping complex near by. Local beach within easy walking distance, flag beach was walkable for me (once) but I would say a taxi ride to the Riu hotels on flag beach is necessary. Always got a sunbed each, despite people reserving them and then not using them.
Very friendly staff, which is something that you do not get in many hotels.

Room Tip: Room 126, is on the bottom floor next to the pool, it is in the shade all day, so room does not get...

Great food, however the soft drinks are to sugary and flat which make your Gin & T not so great. Friendly staff very clean beach not as close as you might think but taxis very cheap 3.40 - 4.80 euros

Shame the last opening times for drinks is 11pm, 12 would be perfect!

Need more sun beds as well

Value for money this is spot on

This was our first time in Fuerterventura and this hotel is a real gem. It was out of the town, but if you follow the back roads you soon reach the main areas. The room we had was ideal and had everything myself, my wife and little girl needed. The complex only has just over 100 rooms so isn't too big like other all inclusive hotels. Before going I was expecting the food to be nothing spectacular, but actually it was very good. All three of us can be quite fussy, but we had no problems finding food each day. The hotel has two pools, which were cold, but once you got in it was more than ok.

The real gem of this hotel was the staff. Special mentions to Alvaro in the pool side bar, Super Mario in the bar club and Ariel for the entertainment. Each day he would put on activities from water volleyball, water polo, shuffle board, pool, table tennis and squash. At night he had a mini disco for the kids with dancing and games.

I can't recommend this hotel enough, ideal for families and couples. We have already booked to come back next year. Can't wait.

We have been to Corralejo on many occasions and do not know how we have missed this little gem tucked away. A great place to stay if you are wanting to go to Flag Beach which is a short walk away. Staff are really nice and freindly. Lovely quiet small hotel. Great food. Town a short walk away. Will definately be returning.

Room Tip: Room 316 was in a lovely position. Afternoon sunshine on the balcony, overlooking the pools

Just back from a week at the Arena, had a brilliant time, staff were very good and helpful with any questions, Alvaro in the bar makes great cocktails even for the kids, who loved having rainbow drinks. The food was great and always plenty choice for everyone even me, I am a picky eater. Room was clean and comfortable and on the sunny side so we got the sun until about 7pm. Sunbeds were a bit of a problem with people reserving them and then going away for the day, but we always managed to get a spot somewhere.
Most nights we went into town so can't comment on entertainment. Walk into town about 30mins or 3.80 euros in a taxi, it is good to wander up and down the main street or visit one of the bars most had bands playing. There are the small beaches towards the town or if you go the other way you get to Flag Beach which is lovely but be prepared to see a few wrinkly nudists!!!
This is a great hotel for couples or older kids as not much for wee ones. Would highly recommend this hotel, we are planning our next trip for Easter.

Room Tip: Anything on the sunny side, we were 311 which was on the upper floor but there are rooms on the leve...

good location , food very good , staff work extremely hard , very friendly ,could do with an extra pair of hands in the bar area inside , room spotless , pvc doors so we had no creepy crawlies , room was a little out dated but it made up for the value for money, we were there 10 nights, beach was clean , you could see your feet in the sea , big waves , nice watching the kites and surfboarding , saw a few old wrinkly nudists , The Rock Cafe is the place to go on a nite time , soft rock band on every nite there , we will go back to same hotel again next year .

We came for the first time in July.
We arrived and was greeted by some one who worked in the restaurant who showed us where to get drinks and foo.
Entertainment was some of the best id seen some nights and then awful on some but we drank a few and then ended up in the town as there are plenty of great bars with great entertainment.
Nice for families or couples.
