If your a single parent with one or more.....DON'T GO. The reception staff are not that friendly and I was so pleased I didn't go all inclusive as I would have missed the great restaurants in town which was only 20 mins walk away and for 3 euros a taxi back. The staff are excellent. The rooms are quite basic and the bathroom being the best, the beds are so hard which is ok if you like a hard bed. Be prepared to get up the crack of dawn to get a good spot around the pool which by the way the water is very cold so be warned. The entertainment was a bit cheesy and as my daughter pointed out "reminds me of the scene in Dirty Dancing when there sitting at the table in the corner". So in a nut she'll...it was ok

What can i say what a wonderful hotel we had a wonderful room just opposite the pool amazing staff alvaro at the bar was wonderful always cheerful and made you smile " Its 5 o clock somewhere lol and also the wonderful mario who always worked so well behind that bar the entertainment was good and the sunny animation rep ariel worked hard to keep his guests entertained the hotel was always kept clean and the room always cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. The food was good but repetitive at times but what do you expect for all inclusive the main town centre is about a mile and half away but if you don't fancy the walk you can get a taxi for about 3.60 euros all in all i really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come again all the negative comments people have made on here ignore them they don't no what they are talking about

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the ground floor we stopped in room 129 and we was just outside the bar and poo...

We stayed at the Hotel Arena end of September beginning October. The room was clean and adequet. This was kept clean every day by the excellent cleaners, there was even British TV in the room! OK this is not quite a four star hotel but the food was good with plenty of choices. What made it, was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Especially Alvaro (its five o,clock somewhere) in the pool bar such a lovely man. This is not a Hotel for children as it is some way from the main area of Corralejo, and there is not much for them to do. Unless of course there is childrens entertainment during the main holiday period. The evening entertainment was quite poor but, we did not mind this. There were a couple of good acts. We found it very relaxing and would certainly consider staying there again. Like many other people there who have been returning for several years.

arrived late saturday night 21st sept, booked in really quick, got to room there was some food and water awaiting us which was real nice .
well now about the hotel it was well run and had a nice atmosphere all around, very clean everywhere ,sunbeds could be found most days, restaurant was good, a good choice to be had, and the food was good.
now the staff
i have never been in a hotel that ticks all the boxes for staff, it is the most friendly hotel i have come across , alvaro and mario stand out for me , but all the staff work with a smile , and all will talk to you , and its not a false smile , this hotel is a little gem, the restaurant staff are great always attentive, the maids are really nice and co-operative, alvaro the pool barman what can i say he is a magician with his drinks and its 5 o!clock somewhere, mario what a hard working barman in the fantasy island bar , if you see this review the hotel is great no complaints at all, will definitely go back and would recommend this hotel

Rooms are nice, cleaned every day. We arrived late and there were two plates of food in our room. The room view wasn't brilliant so asked at reception to change and we did before unpacking.
Food was great, plenty of choice and some nice deserts too.
Location was OK for us but to head to the beach meant a 20 minute walk into town or 30 minutes to the dunes. Flintstones bar (5 mins) shows all football games :-)
Bad point...the crazy towel situation, reserving sunbeds. Saw some people laying towels at 06:30. Head for breakfast at 08:30 and all the beds are reserved without a sole on them. The management really need to address this. First morning seeing this, we headed for the sand dunes and so glad we did as the beach is beautiful with a cooling breeze. Came back to the beach every day and never sat by the pool at all. If you're heading to the dunes, watch out for the nudies, lol, some pretty sights and not so pretty sights.
Would return but for the location, much prefer a beach hotel.

Room Tip: 3rd floor will give you a nice view over the pool area

Just stayed for our second holiday at the Arena. It was spotlessly clean and the staff really attentive. Alvaro at the Pool Bar was always smiling and couldn't do enough for you. The food was reasonably good for an All Inclusive hotel - not gourmet but tasty and there was always a good choice. The entertainment was a little cheesy but for the price we paid I wasn't expecting anything else. You have just got to go with it and enjoy with a smile - and a drink. We had a great laugh and all in all this was a fantastic value break. Corralejo is a nice little town and there are some lovely fish restaurants near the harbour for those wishing to venture out. We will be returning next year!
