Having read the reviews and being someone who likes to eat 'local' when abroad we walked around for some time trying to find this restaurant and it is really easy to find once you know where it is!! Walk to the end of the main road on your way to the harbour and on the left is the Angus steak house, behind this is a shell garage and a local square, it is on the left hand corner as walk towards the square.
On to the food, we opted to share 6 dishes including spicy potatoes, garlic prawns, meatballs and chorizo dish and they were all fantastic. We had two 1/2 litre jugs of wine and 2 bottles of water which came to 51 euros. We went another time during our week and only had 4 dishes and this was more suited as we did leave food the first time. There is a man playing guitar and singing and it was full of locals so that speak volumes!! They also do a taster menu with small appetiser's which another table had and they looked nice too. The service is excellent and there is a real air of authentic Spain to it. There are other places that advertise tapas but if you want the real deal the this is it

We loved this place so much we went three times in one week!! The tosses was varied / tasty/ home made and a delight! So many restaurants cater to much for the tourists - this place felt genuinely Spanish!! The place is small and always busy but worth a wait House wine is fine and the staff were without exception friendly helpful and fun
Loved the courtyard

This small Spanish resto will greet you in fisherman mood: Spanish music, white&blue wall. Tapas are the best of the town, it seems to taste the unique Spanish appetizers. Do not call it tapas ration because it is so as big as main course. "Solomillo" is strongly recommended ! Excellent !
