“The summer Sunday menu is outstanding value”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

This was already the best restaurant in Corralejo, in my opinion. But the normal menu isn't cheap and you can find a meal sets you back rather a lot. But with the Sunday 2-course meal for a set 10€, you can't go wrong. It's a different choice every Sunday, so don't expect to have what we had :), but expect it to be as good.

Starters were a very nice pâté (far from the tinned version so many places serve) and fall-off-the-bone Chinese ribs. The accompanying salad was perfectly dressed. We followed up with a French-style beef casserole and a green Thai shark curry. Both would have done justice to a Michelin-starred restaurant in France. A decent-sized complimentary honey rum completed a meal that would have cost the ridiculously cheap sum of 20€ had we not gone for a bottle of very nice house red and some other drinks.

You really can't get better, and I'd even say this meal gave the best value for money I've ever had. This restaurant deserves to be full every night, and especially on summer Sundays.

“Nice place but missing something”
Reviewed June 26, 2013 via mobile

I was torn between a 3/4 star, but everything was good apart from it was very quiet for a resteraunt. Food was good but wasn't overwhelmed on a whole. Nice place though.

“Excellent”
Reviewed June 24, 2013

Ate at Infusion for the first time last night which was the last day of our holiday. The meal was very very good with good portion sizes and the bill wasn't too bad considering what we had. Highly recommend and will be going again in future.
