Get the product right and the rest is pretty much easy. Had fall off the bone ribs to start, wow! Followed up by the best steak i have tasted in years, Brazilian apparently, Cafe de Paris sauce is an acquired taste but well put together. Frozen cheesecake lives up to the hype. Yes it was quiet, the whole resort is quiet, i was there for the quality of food not to make friends. If im ever captured by foreign invaders and asked what my last meal is to be then Infusion is getting a call. Only negative was there was no Lamb available, im sure there was a valid reason something along the lines of - they would rather not give you something than drop standards by sourcing elsewhere. Well done guys.

Mike.

Guided by the reviews here we went looking for Infusion. We were impressed by the menu and friendly service but it was extremely quiet and far from atmospheric. Whilst we had no complaints about the food, it was pretty basic cooking and we left feeling disappointed having expected so much more from the 'number one restaurant' in Corralejo. Not sure what people are comparing this to! El Andaluz on the other hand was amazing!

First impressions - place needs a good scrubbing and a lick of paint. Owner quite pleasant. The food was suitably average. This is no international Restaurant. But. If you're one of the 'meat and 2 Veg' brigade then this may be for you. Expensive as things go in Forteventura. Much higher standards, quality and value are to be had nearby. Overall just average.

Thank You for your thoughts. Summer is coming and it looks like the knives are out again! FUERTEventura has a vast variety of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Fortunately for us, many previous reviewers appreciated the skill and talent our our highly trained and experienced chef and the hard work and effort both he and the restaurant manager put into running infusion so as to have customers returning to us time after time since opening. Your comments are vague and non-specific, I am interested to know when you visited the restaurant and what you had to eat as you make no reference to this at all? Perhaps I could refer you to our website infusionrestaurante.com where you can take a look at the menu and direct me to a 'typical meat and 2 veg cafe' which serves similar food as I would be delighted to visit it..

We ate at Infusion 18 months ago, about 6 months after it opened. We decided to save the return until our last night - worth the wait!

Fillet steaks were enormous! The owner was a great host all night and we even got a free sambuca!

Highly recommended for couples and families.

This restaurant is tucked away up a side street off the main strip, but still very close for taxis and other bars. It is small and cosy, I imagine you might be better off booking in busy periods. Draft Peroni, yo, and good quality chardonnay, was a good start. Fantastic ribs and steak – very good quality meat with lovely sauce and presentation, wonderful potatoes, and then unbelievable puddings, chocolate orange cheesecake and a chocolate fudge cake creation that sent the kids wild. Very much recommended. Well worth finding this place. Best meal we’ve had since eating at the Bayou in Rochdale….mmmmm, funny that.
