I promised to mention him in a review (Simon ;-) ) completely sold us on returning on our last day for lunch with our 2 children.
Extremely friendly staff, Simon ever let our 4 year old play with his binoculars so she could look out over the harbour where we were sat.
The tapas menu looked incredible but due to be told that they had just had a delivery of fish only 20 minutes ago, we opted for the mixed fish platter. Wonderful!
They don't have a kids menu (they don't do chips hurrah!) but they know what kids like, so patatas bravas, chicken in sauce was what they had.. and loved it.
Great wine list (I'm a wine snob), had a lovely crisp white wine with our meal.
It was a lovely ending to our holiday.

I think we ate here three times, it was just wonderful tapas. Excellent quality, great service, very good value. Husband enjoyed the wine. Huge choice of dishes to share. Good for couples, families. Would recommend this place to any/every one!

we met the guy outside on our first night and he was really enthusiastic about the restaurant, talked us through some of the tapas options(50 in all). Not too pushy. We went back the next night and had tapas and seafood paella.it was excellent. The next day my hubby and son went fishing on an organised trip and took their catch back to La Ballena (next door...same owner) and they bbq,d the tuan and served it with potatoes for us for 4e per person !!!

We stumbled on this place by accident but had been looking for an authentic tapas place since arriving in Corralejo and with 50 tapas starting at 2 euro it had to be tried. We wanted a harbour view but without sitting outside as it was a little chilly and they moved the tables around so we had a great view out the patio doors. The owner was really helpful and knowledgeable about the dishes and recommended about 3 max per person as they were large portions. For the children we just got plain chicken on skewers rather than with the yoghurt sauce which was no problem. They also had bread and some of the potato bravas we had. I chose fish dishes - prawns in garlic oil, anchovies on bruschetta and squid. The hubby had chicken and cheese dish and we had a salad also. It was all very delicious washed down with a nice bottle of white Rioja. Service was impeccable - nothing too much trouble. Came to about 65 euro for the 4 of us with wine and drinks for the kids. Aside from tapas there was fresh caught fish on the menu (sea bass the day we were there) and also paella which you could have just for 1 person rather than 2 which most menus have. Seriously give it try - there is something for everyone from the wide choice of food on the menu.

Having just returned from Corralejo I had to mention this little gem of a place, we were walking by the harbour and the guy who runs it was talking to us about the Island, such a friendly guy and great knowledge. We were AI and had just eaten but called in for a drink, nothing was too much trouble and the service and sangria was delightful.
Staff were pleasant and friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.
We will definitely go there next time we are on holiday for a meal it all looked delicious.
So nice to have visited.
