If you're after real Spanish food look no further. Just let Alex serve you with what he recommends and you won't go wrong. We had a mixed plate of 5 tapas - sheepskin cheese with oregano, sobrasada with figs and honey, manacor cheese with olive tapenade and sun dried tomatoes, chorizo and, finally, wonderful ham. The wine (like the food) is all as local as possible. If you can manage it try the dessert wine too (hic!)
I've never had a meal like it in Spain; the owners set it up because its the sort of place they would have wanted to find in Valledemossa. It's is so worth a visit I can't tell you. We popped in, booked (there are only three seating areas) and came back a couple of hours later. Unmissable.
