We have passed by the signs to Binicanella many times and thank goodness we have now investigated them! We had dinner there twice during our recent visit to Mallorca and we will certainly be going again. The decor in the former monastery building is modern, tasteful and in keeping with its history. The principal ingredient of most of the dishes is cooked on a wood grill which is actually in the dining area. The menu includes many authentic Mallorcan dishes. Service was attentive and friendly. We were very pleased with both our visits to Binicanella and will definitely be returning when we are next on the island.

Called in for a quick bite to eat, ordered the traditional Bread with Serrano hame and cheese. I think it was last weeks bread, inedible, we all left at least 50% dreadful, service not brilliant. Won’t be returning.

Dear Dam,
Thank you for visiting our restaurant and for leaving your opinion here. We are very sorry to hear that the experience didn't meet your expectations. Nevertheless, in reference to our staff we need to say that they are fully prepared to provide excellent customer service, as corroborated by numerous positive reviews. One of our values is excellence in the treatment to our customers.
However, we are going to check what happened with the manager.

Regards,
The Binicanella Team

Wonderful dining experience at converted monastery set in idyllic rural location. Chickens and peacocks running around outside added to its charm. Fillet steak was delicious.

We were a party of two couples and visited the restaurant one evening in mid October 2017.
The service was great and the menu really exciting. We ate everything from the rabbit to the lamb shoulder. Highly recommended!
One suggestion: We walked there from the hotel Pula Golf Resort where we stayed. There is a nice hiking trail called Via Verde which passes both the hotel and the restaurant and it only took 10 minutes. Note! Keep in mind that there is no lighting along the way, so bring a flashlight in the evening.

Big outdoor space and a very busy barbecue restaurant.d Booking recommended.
Spare ribs, steaks etc. were on offer, as were barbecued giant prawns which we had as a first course (yummy). My wife and I had the baked Suckling Pig for our main course which was delicious (if a little salty) This came with soggy chips which were inedible btw. The seating was not the most comfortable and perhaps they could benefit from one or two more waiting staff, but overall a really nice evening.
Recommended.
