We stayed for 2 weeks with our little daughter and our disappointment were regarding the food in the main restaurant which was quite poor the most of the day, predicable which we are going to have for the next day :-( some days 3 types of fish and not chicken...also they have the an Italian restaurant for the evenings, which the most of the day we had our diner, the pizza and the food are delicious, but the menu is the same every single day! But much better than the main restaurant.
In general the staff are helpful and friendly, especially the waitress Linda and Chon, and Dominique from the reception!

Room were better cleaned After we made a complain about how the room were not being cleaned properly (mirror in the Bathroom, floor, balcony,,sheet in our bed had a big role)

The location is good!

Definitely is not a place we are going back!

Fantastic hotel, Amazing Staff and great location .. My wife and I had a first class holiday here and are already looking to book up for next year. The room was huge and absolutely spotless with a great view over the pool. The food was varied with a huge choice of meats , pasta , salads and rice dishes. I'm a bodybuilder and very fussy about eating good food and this place didn't disappoint .. It even had a show cooking section with fresh meat cooked in front of you. The staff deserve a medal they couldn't do enough to help and always smiled and greeted you at every opportunity. My luggage didn't arrive at the airport on day one but the staff called the airport and it was delivered to my room the same day along with sparkling wine . The entertainment varied from amazing to average ... The Beatles tribute act and Tom Jones were out of this world and my wife said she would of paid to see them perform again. The pool was lovely and we had no problem getting sunbeds and the beach is fantastic and clean with warm waters and white sand ... We will be back here next year and our thanks to all the team at the palmeras we had a great holiday with lovely memories ...

We have just returned from a 7 day break to this hotel and we cannot praise this hotel enough. The rooms were fantastic with the most fab showers. They rooms are split by sliding doors which was great. We were there as a group of 3 couples and had asked for block A and a high floor which we received. We also had three rooms next door to one another. Nothing was a problem to the staff at this hotel. They always had a smile and are keen to help. Check in was quick and painless. The food was amazing and if you cannot find anything to eat there is something wrong with you as they catered for all nationalities. The meal at the Italian was beautiful too. I would agree with the comments about the pool being shaded but were there from 31st Aug so there were plenty of sunbeds but we don`t use the pool as we prefer the beach which was stunning and totally safe for small kids. All in all a fab holiday and we are looking to return next year at the same time.

Room Tip: Block A gets the sun in the afternoon so if you are out for the day and coming back to your room at...

arrived back this weekend, 7th Sept. after having a very pleasant 2 week stay.easy check in on arrival.weather not too good first week, cloudy with rain and thunderstorms, when we could not go out, the hotel put a film on, for the guests.well played.
first the good bits.......beautiful room, fab staff, so clean, you could eat your food off the floor, bathroom, as stated many times before, huge walk in shower. air con. excellent,English tv, i know that i was on holiday, but, just catching up on whats going on at home ,works wonders, especially watching the weather forecast...lol. The bar at night was great, with nearly all drinks free of charge. i saw a group of guests having pints, and shots, of all different drinks. and still no charge, the beer is Estrella damme,, not San Miguel as you would have thought,,but very drinkable. the white wine at night seemed to change from bottle to bottle, hardly ever two wines the same,,,lol.
The resort of Sa Coma, was also one of the cleanest i have ever come across, the sand gently shelving into the warm clear waters.you can hire, push bikes, electric scooters, ( not mobility scooters ), fantastic looking electric cars for the youngsters..5 year olds up to about 9 year old.also if feeling energetic, a family bike seating 4 or 5 people.
Back to the hotel, now the not so good bits....we found the food to be a little samey. ok..ok.. i know , you think I'm being picky, but 3 fish dishes every night???, and usually a pork dish. i do love my fish, but even so, the fish was very rarely named, apart from cod and salmon.i can not eat pork..( not a religious thing, biological ), so was looking for alternatives, i think only 3 days out of 14, did we have beef, the chicken when cooked, was very dry and bland, many nights they had Paella, I'm afraid that in my opinion, the food left a lot to be desired..( i know that will upset most of the other reviewers ).the desserts were as said many times before, outta this world..fantastic. they tasted as good as they looked....the evening entertainment was,,,,,,interesting,,,,,the Beatles, excellent...good music, and also a good laugh,,some acts were a little disappointing. and one act even quit after 3 songs, saying he had a sore throat,,,the crowd were left stunned, and no other music was put on to see the night out?, but saying all that, it was outside , in the fresh air, and every one seemed to enjoy themselves.
The pool....yes it is a bit small. yes it is crowded with loungers. but because it is shaded a lot of the time...so very cold. we saw no issues with sun loungers, being reserved early, yes a few had towels on them, but ive seen worse.the lift on block B broke down a few times at night, we had to walk up a few flights, to the 3rd floor, im glad we were not on the top floor, but did get fixed evey day,,for 4 days,,lol
All in all, we had a good time, would we go back?.....never say never....but doubtful

I would say this is a good hotel for families.

Rooms are huge with the best walk in showers ever.

However, if you want peace and quiet, don't go here! The loud music starts in the morning at breakfast and keeps going all day followed by the entertainment at night. Pool area much too small for this size hotel and people are packed into a very small area. No sea views at all as the hotel is in a u shape, so we went to the beach every day where sun beds and an umbrella cost 14.40 euros per day. Sea was lovely and clean and warm.
Food was average and catered more for British holiday makers with the usual chips and burgers at every meal, but there was plenty of it, and you will never be hungry.

Staff are all lovely, and you only have to mention something isn't working and it will be fixed within 30 minutes.

I would not rate this a 4*

Room Tip: We asked for a quiet room and were on the 7th floor of block A. This was above the stage.

Just got back from a lovely week in Sa Coma.
For the price we paid I'm happy we got good value for money.
Positive points - staff were excellent, some of the best I've come across in my travels.
Rooms were very spacious and modern, again very good.
Location - 10/10! Sa Coma is a very nice resort.
Drinks - awesome.

Negative points - the pool area is fantastic however you don't get any sun until late morning and thats only on one side. I like to plan my day and have half day beach/half day pool but couldn't manage that because of this. In the afternoon the other half of the pool is in shade.
The food is hit and miss, breakfast great but lunch and dinner were not always the best. Lots of choice though.
The evening entertainment - this was either amazing or complete rubbish. Could do with some improvements.

Overall a very nice stay but don't think I'd go back.

Just returned today from a two week stay had a great time met some wonderful people.

Hotel is great read in previous reviews about the sunbeds but this happens in every hotel you go so can see the problem.

I will be returning keep up the good work.
