I arrived at the airport late at night, there was no one there to direct us to our transfers, however the staff at the desk were very helpful! When we arrived at the appartments we were met by staff, they spoke little english but were very helpful and carried out suitcases to our ground floor room, the room was very basic, spacious and clean. The bath wasn't of high standard but a shower was provided, so there was no issue there. The pool was lovely and relaxing, very quite and also clean, although there weren't many sun loungers however there was only a few families there so that was not a problem. The apartments were very close to the main town of Sa Coma wich was very convenient, Sa Coma was a lovely thriving town with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. A beautiful beach! Unfortunately I fell ill after I had left my stay at the apartments however our flights weren't till late that night, however the staff were extremely helpful and arranged for me to stay at room in a sistering hotel and provided a taxi whilst look after our luggage so we didn't have to lug it around. Overall, great family holiday, great stay, great staff, great place, great accomadation, good value for money! I would visit Sa Coma and stay at the europa apartments again, would highly recommend it!

We are a couple and stayed in the Europa for a week. When we arrived about 11.30 at night we were given the key. Front door looked damaged. When we went into the bathroom there was a towel behind the sink. The bath the paint was pealing of it and the sink was dripping. The sink in the kitchen was dripping and the plug of the fridge was plugged in across the sick which was dangerous.

The next day when we got up the bathroom was flooded. I asked the manager to move us and we were moved to another apartment the next day. This apartment was not bad but the bath was the same paint pealing off it.

The day before we left we found a dead rat in the pool, the took it out with a net but they never cleaned the pool.

These apartment should be renovated or else closed down.

We had a good holiday otherwise. The area is lovely and some of the other apartments were lovely. We went to a different pool every day because our pool the paint was coming of the end of it and it looked dirty. I would go back to Sa Coma but not to the Europa Apartments. The food was love and entertainment was good.

Hope this helps you.

My wife and i arrived at 23.30 where taken to our basic room and directed down town for a beer and a kebab by the manager.
We had a great 9 nights, the pool needs a coat of paint and the bathrooms could do with an upgrade but for £630 our holiday including all flights and transfers was brilliant.
The apartments are idealy situated for Sa.Coma and S'Illiot.
Food in Sa Coma is so cheap and of good quality and drink also cheap from the hypermarket i would not bother with all inclusive.
If you want a low cost holiday i would happily recommend the Europa to couples or families.

First of all guys this place is exactly what normal people would expect for the money paid. My trip cost me £1600 for two weeks including flights and transfers for four adults. The appts said they were basic which is all i paid for and they were functional and basic.

We arrived at 4am and were greeted by a german fellah in reception who was really nice, we had a bit of paperwork to do and he made us coffee and asked us to sit down whilst he sorted it out. He then took us to our appt which was basic but clean, everything worked and was exactly what we thought we were going to get. The appt was one x twin room, a bathroom and living area with two single pull out beds and a kitchen area. It was equipped with everything we needed in terms of self catering.

Our appt had no aircon installed but i gather others do. You have to rent a kettle/toaster/fans if you want them (or get them off other guests who are leaving which is what everybody did). Alternatively we boiled our water in a pan which seems to be the lowest of the low for some of the reviewers on here. it really wasnt a problem. We had a fry up in the appt every other morning with no issues. Everything is there for you.

The Europa sells wifi slips if you want them at 1 euro per half hour and service was quite good. The day guy is called Guillermo from Uruaguay and is a fantastic bloke who couldnt be more fun or helpful, especially if you try a little spanish with him he loves it.

The appt was cleaned twice during our fortnight and there are double sheets and towels in your room on arrival if you wish to change them over more frequently. If thats not enough then we simply asked the maid when we saw her for extra's and she was more than happy to give us more.

The pool was cleaned twice a week by Guillermo and he also cleans the area around the pool. The sunloungers arent the most comfortable in that they have no cushions, but guests who are leaving tend to leave all their inflatables so you can put these on the beds with towels over and its luvverly jubberly.

Yes there are ants around the place but each appt has a can of spray to zap them if you wish but all i would advise is that you take reasonable precautions in not encouraging them, put your rubbish out at night and dont leave bits of food or sugar lying around and you'll be fine, ive had ants in Turkey, Crete and the carribean (5 star) so if something as simple as that is going to ruin your holiday then best stay at home. It really wasnt that big of a problem as some of the reviewers are making out on here.

Its a great location in that when you walk down to the beach (5mins) you are at one end of Sa Coma and the beginning of S'illot so you have the best of both worlds.

Be realistic, if you want medium to good luxury, then bloody well pay for it, and go to the Sa Coma playa, Medditerrean Blau, the Safari or the Majestic palace. The Europa appts doesnt pretend to be anything other than basic accomdation for a cheap price, we all loved it for the money and would have no problem going back IF WE WANTED A CHEAP AND CHEERFUL holiday. We are husband and wife of 47 with two children of 17 and 15 and all had a great time.

One more thing guys to bear in mind, when reading these reviews try and remember that mostly its the serial whingers who whinge, the people who had a good time dont tend to bother writing reviews, make your own minds up. Enjoy!

Myself, my partner and our son have just come back from a 10 day holiday at Europa and loved every minute of it!!! yes it was basic but we didn't pay for 5 star!! our apartment was right by the pool on the ground floor and was brilliant. My son spent every day in the pool it was clean and larger than the photos give it credit for. The managers (both night and day) were alwasy really helpful and although the rooms were not cleaned, we only had to ask for towels / sheets etc and they were given to us. The best bit about this resort is that there was never the rush to put towels on sun loungers you find at other locations, there was plenty for everyone and any time of the day! The location really added value to the holiday - 5 minutes walk from the main street and the beach, but also far enough away so that you didn't get the noise from the bars on the night etc. The beach is beautiful and has plenty of watersport activities to do if that is what you want. We ate out every night and the bars were really good value for money. We would definitely go back again :-)

Room Tip: Ask for a ground floor resort view room

on reading the reviews i was really not looking forward to my holiday. On arriving my first impression was the complex was lifeless. The night porter was on reception, booked us in and pointed to the apartment, we had to go round the back of the apartments which was pitch black but there was a light although we weren't aware of this at the time. On entering the apartment we were met by a lot of ants but we were prepared for this. (we did go out the next morning and buy ant spray only to discover that there was a can of ant spray under the sink.
The apartments were basis and not equipped for a family of four but i'm sure if we asked we would have been given more cups / cutlery etc.
The staff were helpful enough and it must be tiresome listening to holidaymakers moaning all day long.
The pool was clean, if there is a cafe i did not see it, if you want to play tennis take racquets with you as they seemed to be non existent in surrounding shops.
Sa Coma is lovely, we ate out for very reasonable prices, full breakfasts for an average of 5 euro each, meals for 30-40 euro for family of four (obvisously dependant on what you eat), We found a restaurant called Chaplins across from the Hypermarket, cheap and good food, owner really friendly and we enjoyed a few cocktails in this bar.
Overall enjoyed our holiday, wouldn't go back to this complex as there was nothing to entertain kids at night as everyone seemed to go out. If you are going here do not worry and the German night porter is not as grumpy as he first appears. Hilarious watching the Spanish guy who worked days picking one holiday maker up after another but harmless enough
Also try to visit nearcy S'illot, just a short walk along beach and very lively, bikes for hire 5 euros each which i would recommend to get about.
Enjoy your holiday !!!

Room Tip: ground floor apartments are great if you have kids (for easy access to pool etc) but more ants.
