One of the most fantastic teams I have ever find in an hotel. The hotel was recently renovated and all the spaces were wonderful. But what have stay in my heart was the great hotel team mainly the bar and restaurant. Paco was one of the most atentious employee we ever seen in our trips. GREAT

We booked this hotel very last minute so were delighted with the hotel. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was really nice, very spacious and modern. The adults only pool was great, really peaceful and the pool itself is lovely. The spa and gym were also very good. We stayed b & b but would have been better to go half board as we didn't find the choice of restaurants in Sa coma to be great. If you do go here get a taxi or walk if you like a lengthy stroll !! to cala bona, two lovely restaurants there called Sa punta which is right at the end of cala bona (make a reservation) and paparazzi at the end of the harbour which is an Italian. All in all a great break.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday here with our family including our one year old grandson. we could not have made a better choice of hotel. The rooms were large, bright and modern. Ours was overlooking the spa and gardens (very quiet which was nice). Our daughter had a single room on the tthird floor which was the same standard as ours, only a double bed. The bathrooms were really nice
with a large shower which was superb.
We were on half board and the food was excellent, lots of choice and good quality. Staff were friendly, and helpful, always plenty of highchairs available in restaurant.
there was a little farm on hotel complex which our grandson loved! A really nice beach at sa coma about a 10 minute walk away. Will definitely be back!

We can not add much as all the previous comments have said it all. Clean hotel, excellent staff, rooms are air conditioned and spacious. Food is fine with lots of choice ( Half Board ).
Towns to visit.......
There are four towns to explore, Sa Coma has a couple of streets full of shops, We fell in love with Yaa Yogurt. This town has a fantastic beach and long prom. Cala Millor, A bus ride ( 1.85 Euro) or a taxi 5 - 6 Euros, this is a vibrant town with lots of music, pubs and again a very long beach. Cala Bona. A quiet town at the end of Cala Millor, good restaurants overlooking the sea with lots of fish meals. S'illot, this town can be found at the end of Sa Coma. It can be reached by foot along the beach and has many restaurants and bars over looking the bay.
We will go back to the Sa Coma Playa for a 5th stay, but we always have a years break between visits.
There are two pools in the hotel, if you want a quite time go to the pool by the hotel entrance. If I could ask one thing of the staff PLEASE could some one enforce the rule of no towels on loungers before 9:00am. People were placing towels from 5am, they would then go out to town and these sunbeds could not be used by other people who were at the pool.

Room Tip: Take the bottles out of the mini bar fridge and use this to store water.

Stayed here with my husband, son, daughter in law and grandson in June. The hotel is lovely and not to crowded we could find a sunbed when ever we wanted. They upgraded my sons room to provide my grandson with a bath and gave us the room directly above them. The foods nice with plenty of choice at dinner although lunch is repetitive if you don't like pasta and pizza. We celebrated our wedding anniversary whilst here and were presented with champagne in our room which was lovely especially as they gave my son a bottle too. The only downside to this hotel was the entertainment which was not to our taste as it was all singers however it wasn't a problem as we made our own. We would go back here with our grandson as he loved it but not if we were on our own as it is very much a family hotel and does a fantastic job as such. The only complaint we have is not with the hotel but thomson. They were terrible, we didn't even know if we were on the correct transfere bus. There was no rep and we just got dumped outside the hotel. Same on the way back.

Spent the last week of June at this hotel and certainly wasn't disappointed. Travelled with family but booked a single supplement room which turned out to be a standard double room-it was Fabulous! A very clean, modern, spacious bright & airy room and the bathroom- well I just loved it! Again very modern, So clean with an amazing shower. The whole Hotel is very clean and well maintained with very friendly & helpful staff. The pool area is gorgeous with plenty very comfortable sun loungers both in the sun & in shaded areas with some very nice 4 poster beds! The pool itself is ideal for both adults & children and there is a quieter pool away from the main building area. We stayed half board & the dining area again is clean & airy & the food choice very good catering for all tastes. Meat can be cooked at the grill to your liking and the food was always hot. The Hotel is about 5-10 mins walk to Sa Coma beach and there is a bus stop close-by that can take you to neighbouring resorts of Cala Millor & Cala Bona or further around the island. Hotel entertainment is not my cup of tea but the bar/lounge area was always busy & seemed popular with families although I could not tell you how good the acts were. There is plenty to do in & out of the Hotel and around the resort. A visit to neighbouring S'Illot is a must & visit the little Beach Bar at night. So relaxing looking out across the sea. I really loved this Hotel and would highly recommend it. I hope to visit again next year.

Room Tip: Superior rooms on the ground floor have a decked area with their own sunloungers.

Hi

Myself and my wife and our twins Dexter and Archie just got home they loved every minute , we are shattered!!! but thanks to Chej and Juan Ramon we had a great time as we did the year before , the food was better this year and the pool warmer !! if I have one little complaint it is the WIFFI needs to be upgraded it simply didn't work anywhere except the pool on and off and the reception , so couldn't show the kids cartoons in the room etc and check emails, I know this isn't important to many on holiday but to me keeping in touch with work was urgent...

the rest of it was amazing we love this hotel and the staff and plan to come back next year..

big thanks to Zack the waiter who picked up the destruction of mess my monkies used to leave at every meal time !!

cheers all Neal and Shelley and the twins.
