My husband and I stayed here for a week over Easter and really enjoyed it. The apartments are in a great location with superb facilities. The pool area is lovely and each apartment has a great patio area to relax in. This was a great bargain at that time of year. The owner was great, checking but not intruding daily that everything was ok. It is very simply furnished but has all that you need. Highly recommended.

These apartments are just as everyone else says, 2 large bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, large living area, kitchen and bathroom downstairs, nice and clean, but if the owner of these apartments reads this there are a few downsides that we found that could be improved on............there was no information booklet to let us know about the area, restaurants, buses, boats, taxis, markets etc. There was a safe but didnt know until we saw John that we had to pay a deposit for a key, this he promised he would leave for us later that day, we didnt see him again until 2 days later, when we had to ask about the key he said that they couldnt find it and had asked for a replacement, this was the middle of our week by this time and so had to carry our passport and money around with us the whole holiday. Our TV went wrong but John did replace this, although we could only get BBC1 and 2, could do with more channels as it rained the whole week we were there. We woke up one morning to find that the living area had been flooded, the rain had come in through the bottom of the door. This is a 6 person apartment but we only had 2 knives (we shouldnt have to ask for these). Could do with somewhere in the bathrooms to hang clothes and a shelf in shower for soap and shampoo. These are just minor things that are simple to rectify, all in all they are nice apartments and would recommend.

I cannot recommend the Iris Apratments highly enough. The 2 bedroom apartmnents on 2 floors are very practical and all that is required for a perfect holiday is provided. As the site has only 9 apartments everyone gets on well with their neighbours and the whole atmosphere is one of a very friendly time. The pool is ideal for children, we had an 8year old boy, who would not stay out and made a lot of friends, both children and adults. The amenities are close to hand , all within walking distance but we did hire a car for 5 days which proveda gossend when collecting groceries from the large hypermarket. The owner Jaun Ho and his team cannot do enough to rectify any problems. I and my family and friends are definitely going to stay here again. I always give a review on where I stay but am reluctant as I want to keep this gem to myself .

What a wonderful place, so spotlessly clean, not a bug in sight! Very spacious apartments, ours was 2 bedroom but slept 7 of us as we had two beds downstairs. Massive fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, 2 hobs. 2 bathrooms which were quite modern, air conditioning which was needed.

My husband and I took our 5 children to these apartments for 2 weeks from the 5 July and they were great. An apartment and a pool what more do you need? It was a 5 minute walk into the resort were all the cafes, restaurants and supermarkets were and about a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. We met lots of lovely people as the apartments have a really friendly vibe about them and everyone mingles in with one another as it is a small conmplex. perfect for families as you can keep your eye on your kids whilst your lounging around the pool. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no bath for the kids and the stairs in the apt were marble and a bit dangerous for kids, otherwise I would recommend it again and again! If you went to the beach there was mats and umbrellas and buckets and spades for everyone to use that other people had left so u didnt need to buy any it was great!

Places I would recommend in Sa Coma would be: Cafe del Mar (our favourite, a steak house were they cook your food outside on a bbq), Kennas Bar (Irish Bar), The Dug Out bar, The Royal Oak, JJ's, Happy Bar. We got recommended the Brittannia and the Kings Head but for food it wasnt that great but the entertainment was brilliant. In S'Illiot the next resort which takes about 15 mins to walk would be Onkel Willy's, a seafood restaurant with wonderful views of the sea. All these restaurants were not expensive the most we paid for 7 of us was 75 euros and that included alcohol!

The water park at Arenal "Aqualand" is brilliant but is an hours drive but take a picnic cus the food is so expensive.

For evening entertainment we sometimes went to the Coma Gran Hotel as its a self catering hotel and really expensive for drinks we took our own drinks and the kids loved the entertainment! But a lot of the time bought some drinks from the supermarket and sat with the other families sat outside our apartments with the kids playing.

We had the best holiday ever, got the best tans, we flew with easyjet and they were brilliant and would def go back without a doubt! Sad to leave, our kids cried ha ha.

Booked with Travel Counsellors - outstanding service- of course!!! Perfect for what we anted - duplex simple but clean and large apartments - great ground staff - friendly and helpful, not around all the time but leave a number and they answer very quickly if you need them! 2 -3 mins walk to a Spar and also to a beach. No facilities other than a pool - but a communual feel to the site - vey open, so if you are not a mixer then it's not for you!For what we wanted - a few days in the sun with the kids - self catering they were perfect! - Great value for money!
