My husband and I were really happy with our accommodation and the service we received from the friendly and helpful staff. Our one bedroom ground floor apartment was on the end of terrace situated diagonally across the pool not far from the main reception in B block. It was fully equipped as advertised kept very clean. Even though were were close to where the entertainment was we not really disturbed by it and we are fairly early to bed kind of people and even though I took earplugs I didn't need them to sleep (apart from a couple of times where it was a bit too warm and we needed the air con on). We didn't get any noise from the neighbours as the way the rooms were set out (bathroom and kitchen area were the only adjoining bits downstairs) and we only had an apartment above us and no noise through the ceiling. We spent very lazy days on the patio enjoying the loely well kept shrubbery and greenery. We were self catering so can't comment on the food but found that the supermarkets were comparative to the other shops in the area (water was cheaper). The entertainment sounded pretty good (we only listened to it from our patio). We enjoyed sitting by the pool as well as by the beach which is a either a quick 5 minute walk or a slow 10 minute stroll. We were pretty much the only British couple in our area which was fine by us (especially if it's true that nationalities are usually placed together by block as there was a really chaotic family on our plane and transfer that were booking in as well - I'm pretty sure our experience would have been different if we had been near them).

Room Tip: We were in room B135 which was on the ground floor just diagonally across from the main reception an...

Just returned from sea club for the second and even happier with our stay this year. We travelled with a six year old boy and five year old girl and both loved it. Kiddie clubs run throughout the day and kiddie disco at 8 each night etc. We stayed in block c which wad perfect. Close to reception and two min walk from on site supermarket. Rooms clean with air con, restaurants ans snack bars on site. Leisurely 10 min walk from white Sandy beach. Overall an excellent holiday and we hope to return next year.

This was our 3rd time here and probably the best yet. We were a party of 23 aged from 2 to 73 and everybody had a fantastic time especially the kids (all 7 of them). The place is more like a village, very clean and well maintained and the apartments are excellent and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially on the main reception. I would definitely recommend this place for family's and we will be returning again hopefully next year.

Room Tip: Recommend paying a little bit extra for the 1 Bedroom apartments as they are very spacious, but the...

We spent a week at the Sea Club during 'low season' at the end of September. It was our first family holiday abroad with 3-year old twins, so we were a little apprehensive about how things would work out. Holiday was booked via Jet2Holidays as a package including transfers.

Things got off to a shaky start as the coach dumped us on a street corner outside the hotel and we had to make a couple of journeys just to get the luggage and the kids safely to reception. It was a very late check in (around 10pm), but we had a friendly welcome from the receptionist and they tried their best to help, lending us a trolley and helping to pacify the hot and thirsty kids before our trek over to D-Block. They sent a guide to show us the way, but he was a little taken aback when we asked if he could help us get the bags up the steep staircase to the apartment. With two young kids, the stairs did prove to be a bit of an issue and we did wonder why they couldn't have arranged something on the ground floor, especially as they weren't full by any means, but we didn't want to keep moving around, so we stayed put.

Seeing the resort in daylight brightened everyone's moods the next day and after a quick wander around, we were quite glad to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main complex. We liked having our own little shop downstairs from the apartment and the D-block pool area just across the road was much quieter than the B and C block pools. The kids enjoyed saying 'Good morning' and 'Good night' to the Toby statue in the garden and as it was the end of the season, they often enjoyed 1-to-1 attention from the animators at Toby Club. (Thank you Morton, Suus and Katrine!)

The spacious layout of the Sea Club meant that we didn't need to go very far for most of the holiday. The kids loved exploring all the different sandpits and playparks scattered around the complex and we spent most of the afternoons at the pool. We definitely preferred this to a tower block style hotel, which might have left the kids feeling quite claustrophobic. We didn't find any issue with the roads as it was very quiet and once through the gate and back inside the complex, it was safe for the kids to run around on their own. The apartment itself was clean and sufficient - all the basic requirements and a couple of nice touches for family life, like an airing rack for drying your swimming gear and a microwave and toaster. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk away and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby offering a variety of menus (and plenty of options for the kids), so we didn't feel the need to eat at the hotel.

The issue of getting our stuff back to reception when we were checking out caused a problem again as they didn't have any trolleys or assistance available, so we were faced with a rather precarious journey in an attempt to get 3 cases, 4 bags and 2 young children back over to the front of the hotel. Fortunately, the kids co-operated, but I did have a couple of scary moments with them, especially when crossing the road from D to C and relying on them to hold on to me while I dragged a case and carried 3 bags. For such a family-orientated hotel geared towards making things easy, this disorganisation appears to be quite an oversight - or maybe it's just one of the things you have to run a risk with.

Overall, we had a very pleasant holiday at the Sea Club and a return visit will definitely be considered, but perhaps when the kids are a little older and more independent.

Room Tip: B and C block - closer to reception but busier D block - further out, but lovely and peaceful

We are sorry to hear about the trouble you had with the luggage. With 2 small kids and a few bags it can get a bit complicated and the way to the nice & quiet D area can get long, sorry that we weren't able to help you.

Sea Club in Alcudia Mallorca.
Me and my family tjekt in at Sea Club at my 50 Birthday, we have been here 3 times so it was good to be here once again. We were livinng in B118 and B 119, one of them with a little garden.
First of alle I wood like to say thank you to the hotel for giving me and my family icecream and free drinks in the bar, because of my birthday that was a nice thing to do.

The resort is the perfect place to stay for all kind of people, but it is a great place to bring your family, they got every thing here. Alot of space with green grass everywere , pools, playgrounds and so on. The Animationteam is working from morning to late in the evning to make sure that everyone is having a good time, and they are good at it.In the evning they put up some shows with music and dance, bingo,Toby and they are playing with the children.Since we were here so late in the season, with not that many people in the resort, they had to struggle a liitle bit to the get shows to be top doller but the children liked it for sure. I have been here in the high season with so much people, and it seems that when there is full booked it feelslike the shows is better.

A big thank you to Trudde in the reception, you are the best and always smilling, and thanks to the staff in Sea Club, you are always service minded and always doing you best to make our vacation a thing to remember.

We hade the full board so if you dont want to go out every night to eat, then you might choose full board, but when it comes to food ,we people are so different so i cant say that it is the right thing to choose the food at Sea Club, but we were satisfied with it, it is not goume food but it is ok,We went along and took the food at Sea Club because it is easy with children, and it is not
everywere in Alcudia you get good food unless you are willing to pay a litle ekstra, there are, a lot of tourits traps in Alcudia.

There are one thing that you in the management in Sea Club has to consider ?
The internet in Sea Club are bad..... First of all it must be free and it must be in every room in Sea Club. This a thing that modern family seems to want more and more because we the people are online 24/7, and our children are playing games and young people is in and out of Facebook all the time.

All overranking for Sea Club is 4 out of 5

SO SEA CLUB FREE INTERNET IN 2014

Me and my family sends my regards and thank you to all staff at Sea Club

We went in August, peek school holidays with my 20 month year old. I had never done a package type holiday and was reluctant. But it was one of the best holiday i've ever had. The staff were so friendly and helpful also great with my son. The food was delicious and a wide variety, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The pools were clean and plenty of them. We did not use the kids club as my son was to young but it looked great! They still made a effort with my son when they saw him and we will go back when hes old enough to partake for sure. The beaches and area were also lovey and clean.

We booked this holiday through Asda Travel. To our surprise, because we didn't realise Asda did travel. My husband and I stayed here for a week from the 27th Sept 2013, on a self catering basis. On arriving at our room, we were pleasantly surprised that we were actually given a 1 bed apartment instead of a studio. It had everything you needed from pots and pans in the kitchen to a hairdryer in the bathroom. We were located in block D, which was a 5 minute walk from the main reception. As we didnt arrive till after 9 pm and it was dark they kindly had a guide take us to our apartment which we were grateful for as i think we may have struggled to find it in the dark. The complex was well equipped with 2 onsite supermarkets, a fitness and massage block, a childrens entertainment block, a huge restaurant / bar with entertainment area, and 5 pools. Block D was at the rear of the complex which in a way was a blessing as it was alot quieter than the front of the complex, across the road from us was one of the pools. which was well stocked with sunbeds . it also had a small restaurant "Dolce Vita" and a bar. We never ate in the complex but the restaurant was well used by other holiday makers. The cleaners came in every day with clean towels and bedding was changed 2/3 times also. There are plenty of restaurants/bars outside the Sea Club, lots within walking distance. Just across the road there is The Flying Scotsman & Cheers (which, by the way do a mean Margarita Pizza). But most of the time we turned left out of the front exit and walked 5 minutes up to the end of the road to a freindly place called " Los Palmitos" which we highly recommend. There is plenty of shops for the ladies to browse, prices vary in shop to shop so its worth comparing before you actually buy ( cigs perfume and alcohol cheaper than the airport). We also had a walk down to the Port one night which took us about 10 - 15 minutes. Then we got the train back which does circuits of alcudia and only costs 3 euros each. We also had a day at the beach which is probably the best beach ive been on, the sand was white and very fine. And the sea was clear and you could walk out a far way before it got too deep. This is definately a place i would visit again, Thank you Sea Club for a relaxing holiday that was well needed

Room Tip: D Block was quieter
