Just returned from this lovely hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Other reports say that the bedrooms are small and they are smaller than average BUT they are bright and well designed. The bathroom has a walk in shower which makes the shower bigger than normal.
The restaurant offers a large variety of food choice with a lot of cooked as you wait.
The swimming pool offers 3 pools which are interconnected giving safe bathing for all ages.
It’s about an easy 10min walk to a magnificent sandy beach which provides safe bathing for all.
I would love to return to this hotel.
Top tip is to visit the old town in both day a night . What a lovely old town. Use the buses as they are cheap at 1.55 per journey and they are clean and reliable .

Room Tip: You can pay extra to have a larger room over looking the pool with private sun beds

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Upgraded our room with extended first floor balcony - well worth it!
Staff friendly & helpful. Restaurant always good for breakfast and dinner. Wide choice of hot and cold options, never seemed busy or crowded.
Lovely pool area with plenty of FF loungers and great day beds. All decked neatly. Pool clean with convenient pool bar.
Location good with very easy beach access in 5 mins to lovely stretch of the beautiful sandy beach.
Surrounded by good supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Everything you could want.
Boat trips and watersports available all along the beach area.
The older marina town end within easy reach on foot, horse drawn carriage or taxi for many more boat trip, excursion, activity options.
We had a great time and never had a full or unoccupied moment.
Can heartily recommend.

Me and my wife stayed here for 10 nights from the 29th of August, the hotel was modern and clean. The reception staff were very helpful with any requests, as well as other memebers of staff. The hotel is situated well as its less then a 5 min walk to the beach. Within the bedrooms there is limited storage for clothes as they wasn't any draws and cuboards for clothes, the rooms were small but adequate. Within the resturant I would recommend they have a manager oversee the members of staff, as I've seen this in previous hotels I've visted and works very well, for example some of the tabels wasnt prepared correctly, and the curtains were still closed when opening the resturant at breakfast time. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choices, however the evening meals were very disappointing for a 4* hotel, the selection offered was poor quality and sometimes the food was cold.

Me and family enjoyed our stay there,last week in August,but it was not as aspect ed..
I did read loads of reviews here,and everybody was saying nice things about the hotel,food,staff,and also looking on the hotel website at the pictures(food)we hardly waited to get there..
The room was facing the pool,and we had a problem with the design of that room..we don"t like to change rooms,so we did not make a fuss,but if you have young children like us,the shower door is clear glass and the child can look at you but naked taking a shower..from the main(living)room(if you will stay there you will understand..)..
When they are young enough i assume it"s ok,but for older above 5y old i would say,we like to have a bit of privacy...we actually payed more to have this room when we reserve...
The other rooms,not facing the pool we"ve seen when the room maids were cleaning,have "normal" bathroom..
We would appreciated to be told that at the time of check in..
We also chose this hotel because of the 2017 refurbishment,but the rooms are super small(at least the ones facing the pool,or maybe our room??)so do not be fooled by these refurbishment story when you choose...
The rooms where cleaned on a daily basis,so a big thank"s to personnel,although it was sand on the floor left after every clean(not a big issue..)
AC was alright,but you have to familiarise yourself with it,to manage to use it properly..
Food wise like i said not so much variety,and one thing that i did not like at the beginning,was the table reservations,on an buffet restaurant,where the rule as far as i know is first to come first served...then somebody must of complaint and they put the reserved tag only on a few tables,for big families,fair enough,but first night it was like 30% of tables reserved,the other 60%occupied,and the rest small tables for 2 people...on 2 occasions we ate outside in 27-30 degrees heat,as it was no table available..they where reserved,or occupied..(inside there is ac..)
Like i said,the restaurant staff,very good,i can"t complain...
A big thank you to Tony from the reception,for the information about Formentor beach,and how to get there,as somebody else from reception,give us false information,and almost put us off visiting this superb place...(if you do not know,better not speak about it...)
Maria,from reception,sorry but,i felt like i was treated different than other guests by you,maybe because my country of origin is Romania??i do not know...i live in London for about 10 years now,if that mater to you,but it should not mater...
A big thank you to the manager..he printed out our flight tickets to London via Zurich,and we did chat in the last night of our stay..
I have to say that he is very dedicated man..he was there at 8 in the morning,maybe early,and at 19-20 pm when we ate our dinner...i know he reads the comments,so thank you,and keep up the good work,and maybe change a thing or two...

Room Tip: if you travel with kids do not chose the rooms facing the pool

Well what can I say. Booked this hotel on the reviews.
What a mistake that was.
Food bland and very repetitive. Soup every night like dish water. Salads ok main meal inedible and the deserts were all plastic type cake the same every night.
Pool area hosed down every day but never cleaned in the 7 days that we were there.
Same dirty marks on pool area and tables each day.
Rooms adequate but small and air con useless had to leave on 24/7 on lowest setting to keep cool. After having shower room very hot.
All in all compared to other hotels in Majorca we have stayed in and that’s quite a few this hotel just makes a 3* in my opinion.
One last thing it was not cheap just over rated.

It is with great dismay we read we did not manage to meet your expectations with our cuisine. This is not our usual type of feedback on this area and we are a little surprised by your remarks. Our kitchen team strives to offer our guests a wide selection of different dishes and our versatile buffet fulfils almost everyone’s wishes therefore it is with regret we learn we have not succeeded on this occasion.

We take comments like yours concerning a lack of cleanliness in teh pool area very seriously. Our cleaning staff is required to follow a certain protocol when cleaning each room. I am very sorry that it was not followed properly in your case. We would love it if next time - though we hope there won’t be a next time - you could inform the front desk about it right away so we can take immediate action.
