We have booked this hotel 2 weeks before departure, due to loosing our holiday with Thomas Cook. This is not the type of hotel we would choose, but it had to do.
Check in was quick, room is basic, fairly clean, the shower tray could do with a scrub around the corners. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. We ended up buying ear plugs so we can sleep.
Food is nothing special, very basic. My husband being gluten free had very little choice, he ended up having fruit and eggs for breakfast (Gluten free baguette and croissants available, but no dedicated toaster), salad for lunch and grilled veg and grilled meat/fish for dinner. Pizza was available on request. Drinks are ok, sangria was nice.
Outside there were some balinese type sun beds but they were reserved from late in the evening (or very early morning) by selfish people, so no way we were able to get those, as we don't do reserving. Sun loungers were plenty, but not a lot of shade, and we were unable to move the very few parasols. Pool was cold. To be fair we didn't spent too much time around the pools , preferring to go out and explore the area (which feels very Benidormy, but that's another story!)
On a positive point, the beds were the most comfy we have had, and the staff worked really hard in the restaurant.
Whilst the hotel may be perfect for others, it wasn't to our liking and we will not be returning.

Room tip: mountain view as you do not hear the noise from the pool

Lovely last minute all inclusive holiday for my partners birthday!
First time we’ve been to Majorca and we were not disappointed
This holiday had everything you could want, the food was great lots to choose from, bedrooms were spacious and balcony with a pool view! Air con
Only thing was the swimming pool was cold could do with some warmer water I don’t know if that’s possibe
Mosquitoes everywhere!(take repellent!) but that wasn’t the hotels fault.
Lovely staff!!!
Good selection of drinks and cocktails.
Beer is Amstel (for the beer drinkers!)
TUI excursions were very expensive and over priced, we went to Katmandu in Magaluf for the day.. cost £110 for 2 people.
Entertainment wasn’t amazing, the rock band tribute was good
But there was enough pool tables, arcade and air hockey to keep you entertained.
Overall a lovely stay!!
Thank you, we would definitely visit again

This hotel was part of a package holiday which we felt was good value for the price we paid.

The hotel is basic but is clean and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned every day. The only problem is the walls are very thin so you hear a lot of noise from your neighbours.

The staff are very friendly and work very hard, we saw the same staff in the restaurant, morning, noon and night more or less for the whole time we were there. The food is good but nothing exceptional. Every day the same things were on offer with a small variation on meat and fish. Pasta is available for lunch and dinner which is cooked in front of you. Omelettes are cooked to order for breakfast and there is always fresh bread available. Gluten free bread is a available at breakfast and on request at other times. Being all inclusive it would have been nice to have cakes and biscuits put out in the afternoon as with other hotels we have to. One thing we found strange was that they do not allow food to be taken out of the restaurant to eat outside on the patio tables. The drinks are ok but there doesn’t seem to be much alcohol in them, you need a few to feel you’ve had a drink!

The weather while we were there was very hot but we found the pools (there are 2, one on a little island which has a walkway) too cold for us and noticed hardly anyone else was using them either. Parents were putting their children in and taking them straight back out again and we did not see them go back in again. It would be better if they were heated this time of the year. They also do not provide pool towels.

The entertainment wasn’t brilliant (not sure if that was because it was getting towards end of season) and didn’t start until 10 - 10.30 pm.

On the whole though we had a good time and if on a budget would recommend it.
