Very good accommodation, very friendly and attentive staff, bar/restaurant newly opened with good, varied menu. Around 6 euros to port. Overall a very good holiday!

We came here for a week with some friends who are Diamond Resort members.

The accommodation was very good, spacious and everything was provided that we could ask for. We were in one of the ground floor apartments, which could be a little dark during the day. There was a double bedroom and one with twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area had a large TV that had a lot of UK channels BBC and ITV., there was air conditioning in each room.

There was an outside patio area with table and chairs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

the only criticisms would be that the apartment is a little on the dark side, and the mosquitos were a nightmare, when we arrived the floor and beds were covered in dead mozzies and we got bitten loads of times. The complex is a little out on its own, being a bit of a walk to anywhere.

But we had a good week, plenty of good food available and a supermarket 5 minutes away.

Temperatures were good as well, if a little overcast at times. but warm.

Room Tip: anywhere but the ground floor

This hotel great for a quiet épée lacing holiday. Nar to shops and town. Port nOt to fair away for brilliant places to at on a evening. Super market right across the road. Great views across the lake. Hotel was being refurbished when we were there and so the entertainment lounge/ bar was closed. We had to always go out elsewhere. But we were aware of this when we booked. However it was suppose to have been completed the 2nd week of our stay however the Spanish have to speeds slow and stop and then a snooze in the middle. Staff lovely. So friendly . DVD free hire brill idea if your wanting and evening indoors

Room Tip: All rooms lovely

the extremely friendly and helpfull staff more than made up for the bad weather - which they could do nothing about............
i would put in a word of caution the water is beyond freezing............... the water feature ensured that the water never went about 0 degrees i am sure..........

Room Tip: lots of different sizes of apartments but the top floor have the definate advantage of the roof top terrace for sunbathing before 10am when the pool opens.........

We're Diamond Resort members, and used our points to book a 2 bedroomed apartment. We stayed here over Easter. Note to self - Majorca can be a little cold and rainy in April!
Friends joined us later, and we asked for an upgrade to an apartment with 2 bathrooms. The reception staff were great, and gave us another apartment, apologising that it hadn't been refurbished, but it was great. Large balcony overlooking the pool and the lake, and no extra charge in either cash or points.
It's a bit out of the way, but we hired a car and visited Palma and Soller on the days when the weather was overcast, and not warm enough for sunbathing.
Taxis to the port and the old town were €5, so not too bad if you want to visit the many restaurants there. We walked to the beach/port a couple of times, which took about 30 minutes, walking by the lake and the canals. Very pleasant.
The big disappointment was that the restaurant had closed, so there was nowhere to get food or even a drink when sitting by the pool. Hopefully they'll get this sorted before too long.
If you visit, do go along to Darren's sangria demo or a walk to the beach with him. We don't usually take part in these organised activities, but Darren was great, and we even won the daily quiz on the last day! Great fun if you don't take it too seriously!
Large supermarket round the corner, and a gorgeous little bakery on the corner, but get there early or they sell out. Great little bar called the Toucan Bar around the corner, and we became regulars for a last drink or two on the way home at night. Theresa is very friendly, and they'll stay open for as long as you want!
If you like large resorts with lots of activities, it's not for you, although there were lots of families there who seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Room Tip: The room we had on ground floor had been refurbished, but the room we had on third floor had large balcony and lots of sunshine (when the sun shone!)
