Stayed here in July 09. with partner and 4 teens / almost teens. Thought it was a very clean hotel and room was adequate. Selection of different meals each day and night , Only downside was the speed of the toasters at breakfast, took ages and queues formed but thats just being picky.Great location, 2 mins to bars, restaurants, shops and beach via the rear exit of the hotel. All inclusive saved us a fortune on drinks as it was v hot all week and kids never stopped drinking.Magaluf 10 - 15 mins walk away, As usual sun loungers were snapped up very early but wasnt that bothered as we just sat near the bar out of the heat for a lot of the time. Plenty of places to go, Western Park, Katmandu, Boat trips around the island, etc . Would recommend to friends. Tip = dont put your card for your room access next to your mobile as it stops it working, Had to change ours twice as we couldnt get in the room.Entertainment team do well with the kids and entertainment each night, ( some nights better than others, and if youre a bingo addict theres good money on offer for the games every evening). Only real negative is that there was no air con turned on in the entertainment room at night ( one night it was 36 degrees at half nine ) and felt a bit uncomfortable .

Me and my friends stayed in this hotel for our 1st holiday. the hotel and the rooms were spotless!! could not find one inch of dirt. the food was brilliant for the first couple of days but then started to go down hill, but still always found something nice to eat. the bar staff were brilliant and the drinks were too. didn't really see many staff but there was one woman on the reception desk who wasn't very helpful. the rooms were cleaned everyday always with fresh towels and bin liners. our thomas cook rep emma was brilliant and very helpful! the entertainment staff were very rude and arrogant, not just to adults but to children aswell, i would never go there with my own family! also the skin care people rip you of big time! DO NOT get roped in to this, they say don't use factor 40 + because it has been banded in the US and canada when canada has just brought out factor 100! the sun tan lotion and moisturiser does not work! i wasted a lot of money on this and my tan is already fading! its never faded this quick before after a holiday, i was very dissapointed with this!! apart from the few things i had an amazing holiday. i would highly recommend it to a young group if they are looking to chill in the day and party in the night as magaluf is only 30 mins away walk and 5 mins in a taxi at cheap prices.

Stayed 25/7-1/8/09 with my girlfriend. clean hotel and rooms always cleaned everyday. VERY DISAPOINTED with the Food but in regards to the Hotel that's my only criticism. Rep from Thomas Cook was really nice girl and helpful and the girl named Zina on reception desk was lovely too.....The All Inclusive was good and you could have any drink you wished apart from well known brands like Jack Dniels etc. The Pool was clean and the sun bathing was nice. Palma Nova centre was a stones throw from hotel with loadsa bars and shops. If you want a lively night out, Magaluff if ten minutes stroll. The Hotel is situated next to Civil Guardia Police Station but is no bother whatsoever. Was a litle annoyed at the tip we wet on.To the caves of Draque. We wanted t o to the caves of draque but were taken to three or four other places en route which I felt was a captive audience tactic. But if you are going with children or just alone. This is a real nice plae to go.

We stayed all inclusive for a one week at this hotel and it was fantastic, rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. We had excellent rooms with fantastic views of the pool and sea. The staff were were helpful and polite. Food and snacks were excellent with plenty of choice for everyone. Location was brilliant with the beach just around the corner and a few bars, shops and restaurants near by. Some people were getting up extremely early to put towels on the sunbeds by the pool, which was a little annoying especially as some of them would go out of the hotel and you wouldn't see them until the afternoon. The hotel has two lifts which were extremely slow and a lot of the time it was much quicker to walk, even though i was on the sixth floor - but it didn't spoil our holiday we just made a joke out of it. The entertainments team were very friendly and good fun, and the entertainment both day and night was very good and varied. We really enjoyed our holiday at htis hotel the only bad thing is that it went too quick and wished we had booked for two weeks instead of one. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend this to anyone. We were a party of seven. Ages rangeing from 14 to 42 years.

Myself , partner and 4 teens / almost teens stayed all inclusive and overall havent got much to complain about. We arrived at 12.10 in the afternoon and our rooms were ready, very clean and had fresh towels when needed, beds made every day and had no problems at all with the maids, the air conditioning was a godsend after spending nights in the entertainment lounge where there was none. Felt very hot and uncomfortable at times whilst watching the entertainment and even had to go up to the room to stick my head under the shower on one occasion. Food wasnt bad for a 3 star, several choices and there was something different each day. Toasters were the main problem at breakfast, they took forever and queues form quickly, Can hear the next room if they are in the bathroom at the same time as you but couldnt hear anything on any other occasion. No rowdy groups while we were there and slept right through without any problem every night. Entertainment was okay ( usual stuff , Elvis, Parrots ,Abba night ,etc )
Gorgeous beaches 5 minutes from the rear exit gate of the hotel and lots of restaurants, shops, bars along the main drag into Magaluf.
Would definitely go back there.

Stayed at the Palma Nova Hotel for 1 week in July, with wife and 2 teenagers.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Palma Nova, with the rear looking onto the Golf Fantasia. Its a 5 minite walk to the Beach and shops , pubs, etc.
Booked package through Thomas Cook, which declared it a 3 Star in its brochure, which pretty much sums it up correctly. Overall it is a very nice and clean hotel, that was functional for our purpose. The rooms were sparse, but very clean, but we only used them to sleep in. We paid 24 Euros to rent the room safe for a week, which I thought was a bit steep, so I would probably take a lockable case with me if I returned. The food was decent and presentable, but you have to remember, it is a 3 star catering for the masses. The only real gripe I had with the restraunt was the coffee served from their machines.....it was uurgghh. After breakfast we usually went along to one of the beach front cafe's (plenty of them) and had a decent cup of coffee there.
The only real downside with the hotel I would say is that the pool is not big enough and not enough sunbeds. In the mornings when we came down to the pool (9 ish) most of the sunbeds were already taking up (towels on) but no-one there. One morning we were coming home at 6 am and there people out putting towels on the prime sunbeds .......SAD.

We were All Inclusive, which was a good thing, because with the Pound / Euro exchange rate, we would have spent a small fortune eating out every day.

Hotel Good bits:
Very Clean, Helpful friendly staff, ideal location.

Hotel Bad points:
Pool not big enough for hotel size, Lifts soooo slowwww, coffee from the restraunt bouff, evening entertainment challenging.
