This place continues to offer relaxed elegance with no stuffiness and, of course, superb food. we were fortunate to visit twice, either side of a menu change. All the dishes we had showed inventive combination of flavours using high quality produce. Sebastian rarely repeats dishes, other than rack of lamb and lobster ravioli, so it was a delight to meet again 'fish and chips three ways'. If he published all the fine dishes he has produced over the years , it would make a fine book. Here's hoping!
