Nice Hotel with helpful staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights summer 2014, and was happy with our stay. Already before we arrived I sendt a few mails back and forth with the reseption with som spesial requets, and all my spesial requests was met.
I missed my plain from Holland, while my wife arrived with her flight from Norway on time as planed. she had no working phone so I had a really hard time getting hold of my wife to tell her I would be late. I called the hotel reseption and talked to a really friendly and understanding person. They checked the room, but she wasent there. I asked her to leve a cute note on the pillow or something explaining the situation. I arrived the next morning with still a happy wife because she had found such a cute note from "me" on her pillow the evning before.
Other stuff about the hotel, nice view from the balconey, clean and tidy pool area. Beaches in walking distance either north or south about 10 minutes.
We had breakfast and dinner included and the breakfast was good, but the dinner buffe fair. Not bad, but neither good. As it was really cheap when we bought it included I would say it was worth the money, so we went to a restaurant in town 2 of the nights and had the buffe 2 of the nights.
All in all a really nice stay.

Excellent break

This was our second time to the sur and will definately be going back this year The hotel staff can't do enough to help you rooms are of a good standard Food and drink are all good plenty of choice There is enough to do around the area to keep you entertained if you are prepared to walk Last time we stayed there they made a big deal of Halloween as this was the last week of their season We were the last couple to leave the hotel and the manager took a picture of us as is custom to do so in this hotel as the last guest of the season

nice place to stay in majorka

Unlimited Champagne for breakfast as well as fresh juices, different launch and dinner food every day, 10-15 mins walk to nicest beach in Majorka as well as 15-20 mins walk to Nudist beaches. Quiet location as well as nice views from top floors. Stayed here with my wife for 8 nights and took some good memories about this holiday.

Room tip: ask for top floor with sea view.

Really relaxing time in the sun by the sea.

This hotel is right on the seafront, shallow rock pools to the front, steps into deeper water at the side; excellent.
The pool area is well kept with plenty of sunbeds.
The rooms are clean and well maintained, as is the rest of the hotel.
The staff are generally friendly and helpful although very busy during meal times, clearing & laying tables as well as serving drinks.
The food was very good, lots of variety, themed main meals each day e.g. Italian, Mexican etc.
If you want to eat / drink out, the first restaurant is 4 minutes walk from the hotel heading towards the harbour area via the main roads; we could see it from our balcony. By the time you reach the harbour, a 15 minute walk, there are lots of places to eat and drink; you will also have past several on route. If you prefer a sea walk you can follow the coast to the harbour which will take about 25 minutes, but there are no restaurants on the coast path. We walked down to the harbour area each morning to work off some of the breakfast. There is an icecream / coffee place called Es Port (Yellow canopies) they serve excellent Sangria.
I could not find any noisy nightclubs in the area; big bonus.
We had a really relaxing time at this hotel and would stay again.

Room tip: All room have sea views and balconies.

Great holiday

After reading some bad reviews on here I wasn't looking forward to this holiday much but what a pleasant surprise. The resort was very quiet which suited us as it was a change from our busy lifestyle. The hotel was very clean and the food was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and Manuel from the animation team was very friendly and good at encouraging guests to participate in the activities without being at all pushy. To top it off the weather was perfect and it is one place that I will definately return.
