Lots of good things - shower great, bed great, breakfast fantastic, as were buffet and a la carte restaurants, good location as easy to get to other places, staff around pool were brilliant. However, having paid a lot of money for our rooms, we were very disappointed by the fact that we had to pay for our safes, robes, being charged for bringing 4 glasses to a room, and a cover charge in the restaurant for residents. We were 4 friends travelling together, and two of us had to change rooms twice, and only after we insisted on seeing the manager. There are no separate bathrooms in this hotel so privacy was virtually impossible. Also, there is no storage, shelves, hooks, drawers, just one wardrobe with one shelf, so putting stuff away for a week was a bit tight. There are many good things about this hotel but we felt that the hidden 'extras' let it down. We wouldn't stay there again.

Great Hotel in a fabulous position with a few minor buts.
Really enjoyed our 6 night stay. Make sure to book a front, sea view superior double room. Fantastic sea and pool views. Choose your most intimate partner to share with as the bathroom facilities are fairly open plan.
Pool area was good with plenty of sunbeds. Claiming a sunbed by planting your towel at some ungodly hour is strictly forbidden.
Food is first class with excellent variety at breakfast and the same standard at lunchtime and evening.
There is a spa which was a bit disappointing. The indoor pool and sauna can only be used if you book massage therapy. The sauna was out of order and the facility was closed on Mondays although the hotel publicity stated it was open 7 days.
Quiet location but close enough to other more lively resorts.
Very expensive hotel car parking at 14.50 Euros per day.
It felt a bit like a money pit as the safe was chargeable and coffee in the bedroom was about £3 a cup
The WIFi was at best, unreliable.
Overall, this was a very enjoyable break but the Hotel needs to smarten up on some of their communication skills.
I will definitely return to enjoy the many excellent things about this Hotel.

Dear Guest.

First of all I want to thank you for taking the time to write your experience in our hotel.

Constructive comments from our customers help other customers get an idea of our hotel and its services while allowing us to identify potential opportunities to improve our services.

Thank you for you nice comments about our facilities. However, we would like to clarify that our spa circuit is opened and free of charge for all of our customers, and opened 7 days. We regret the inconveniences for the technical problem at our Sauna during your stay.

It was a pleasure to have you stay with us and we hope to see you soon in our Hotel in the near future,

Yours Sincerely,

Recently renovated, the hotel is on the minimalist side. Very nice lobby, but rather small rooms with 1/3 of the space taken by in-room open bathroom, quite uncomfortable when not sharing with your partner. But don't count on amenities to travel light: they do not get replaced. There is not even a box of tissues. And be careful and don't come with too much to wear: it has been designed for just an overnight stay unless you don't mind keeping everything in your suitcase. And there's no place to put it, so be ready to have to duck into it on the floor. No drawers, shelves. Not even a table and a chair. Just an exceptionnally comfortable and very large bed. Side sea view means means a unique view of the public parking where all the large rubbish containers are. Everyday, you can hear bottles being thrown and especially those consumed by the hotel clients. And there are some... As for the pool be prepared to lay down like sardines in a can, side to side, among smokers, loud all-day drinkers, with no space between lounge chairs. You may prefer the rocks, which is a public path, where some some chairs are available very early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Access to the sea is difficult, and the ladder slippery. The little beach you see in the pictures is minuscule and in the shade most of the day. Very nice breakfast, on the terrace overlooking the sea and pool, with "live cooking" for fresh eggs and pancakes, and a tantalizing selection of food. Although it is quite surprising that in the country of oranges, you can only get a rather chemical juice. It would have been nice to be able to squeeze fresh ones.
The food is very good, at the buffet as well as at the "a la carte" restaurant. Fresh produce, refined recipes. Excellent selection of local wines. But what really deserves a special mention is all the people who work at the Hotel. They are all exceptionnally nice, warm, helpful, in a good mood, always ready to do something for you. There are no words to congratulate them all, from the charming ladies (and gents) at the reception, to the very nice cleaning ladies, without forgetting all the waiters and maitre d. at the restaurants, so helpful and professional, doing a great job. And the so efficient, joyful, friendly and sweet girls at the pool.
A great place to spend a few days if you don't mind minimalism, some noise and little space. Overlooking the bay of Palma. Very close to the city and the airport. A city escape by the sea.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view for larger rooms, beautiful view and to avoid street noise. But there are just a few so make sure you reserve in advance.

Great 5 day stay in cool, chic hotel. Rooms are very comfortable - didn't think too small - and the beds - at least in our superior double were huge. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very efficient. Superb location, great pool (with amazing floating beanbags) and a quaint, private beach. Worth renting the kayaks for a trip along the coast too. For a chic, people watching, sun-bathing, book reading slice of pampering this was a great 5 day break. We both felt looked after and totally refreshed after our stay.

Room Tip: Higher rooms have a better view of the sea. Try for rooms near sea rather than the road.

Lovely hotel. Good facilities in room. Had booked a side sea view room and what a lovely surprise to find a sea view room with Jacuzzi waiting for us. After a days sightseeing and shopping in Palma another thoughtful surprise awaited in our room with a card and cake for my wife's birthday set out in our room. Breakfast buffet lovely and staff in pool area very attentive as well as reception staff. Overall stay wonderful and would definitely recommend a visit.

Room Tip: No 3 bus to Palma every 15 minutes up to midnight 1.5 Euro per person. Excellent value. Get a sea view room with Jacuzzi.
