Went back again to this hotel, 2nd Wk. Oct .12. Still say people who give bad reviews of this hotel don,t want any one else to go there. For couples who go there, it,s all inclusive, so to get a good sleep, drink up. For families with young children it is a lot harder. We spoke to 1 young mother, and the only complaint she had, was the lack choice of food for her children.
1 major complaint is the Transfer from airport to hotel. We,ve been going to this hotel once or twice a year for the last 4 yrs. I know there is a recession on,every one wants to save cash, but in 2008. We had 1 bus, 1 resort 3 or 4 hotel drop offs. Transfer approx. 1hr. This time on arrival, we sat on the coach for 50 to 55mins waiting for other flights to arrive, before setting off to 3 or 4 resorts, with 3 or 4 hotels. Transfer 2 and a half hours. We were on the coach for over 3hrs.To put it in perspective, we can go from S.Wales to Liverpool (230miles) in the same time it takes to go from aiport to hotel (45miles).

Having read reviews prior to arriving we were quite frankly really worried. 4 adults and 3 children. We booked with Ola holidays who tried to put our minds at ease and were very helpful as they too had had poor reviews. The only issue we had was with Ryanair and we won't be using them again! As for the hotel we had a fantastic week. Beautiful weather, great food, hotel clean, staff helpful and friendly, great kids club Beware the wasps though. Both myself and the 2yr old got stung. All in all in a great holiday and we will go back again. No sickness issues with us

We couldn't really fault the hotel. Its one of the cleaniest we have been in. One morning we got up to ants everywhere and when reported the cleaners were in and never seen one again. All staff pleasant, kids club excellent, entertainment and food just as you would expect from an all inclusive. My daughter had sickness & diareah which we thought was down to her being in the pool, then myself and other daughter took it the following day, then next day my son, then husband the day after we came home. We then heard other people had it in the hotel. I wouldn't let this put you off the hotel as other people have said this in review this can happen anywhere, its just your luck. There was another 7 people with us and they were ok. I would return in the future and would recommend this hotel. The biggest down fall is you are dropped off last and picked up first from the airport we were 2 and a bit hours nearly as long as the flight.

Room Tip: we had a family room 310 last room on floor no one passed us, got sun morning an afternoon on balcony.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from the 9th to the16th October. It has been several years since we have stayed at an all-inclusive holiday hotel as we usually make independent travel arrangements and book separate flights and hotels via the internet. This year we felt that we needed a week off for a restful do-nothing week and trolled the internet looking for a package deal. We, luckily, found a deal with Ola holidays including local flights with Ryanair, that seemed to suit the crtiteria. When we arrived at the hotel, we were very impressed, the quality was way beyond our memories of all-inclusive hotels that we stayed at about 15 years ago.The staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel generally, and the rooms in particular were spotless and were kept that way. The location is superb. The small shopping centre near the hotel was adequate, and prices were usually cheaper that similar shops in the nearby resorts. The food was varied and plentiful, though I agree with previous reviewers that the food was never hot.Because of this, we steered clear of the usual 'threat' foods such as chicken or rice dishes that were not hot. All in all a great week and a pleasant surprise and I would certainly recommend the hotel and the area.
