The location of this villa is good. It's only a short walk (5-10mins) to an amazing array of restaurants as well as the Marina and Beach. The beach is quite small - so perhaps be prepared to go further afield (My suggestion: Parc Natural de Mondrago which is a bus or car drive away) when it gets busy. There decent Wifi and a nice shiney new Internet enabled TV so although the English TV channels didn't work, the kids could at least watch NetFlix.
The worst thing about the villa is the Kitchen. Nobody wants to cook on holiday, but we couldn't afford to eat out every night, so we needed to cook every other night (the Eroski supermarket just out of town is much cheaper than Spar in town). The oven and hob were dirty and the worktop was cracked in a number of places which didn't look too safe. If this was in the UK, it would have been dealt with as they'd get a number of complaints.
On arrival at the Villa, it had not been cleaned which doesn't exactly create the best first impression. However, after calling the owner this was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The pool was also cleaned mid-week.
In summary, it's a good value place to stay and if you plan on eating out every night, the Kitchen should worry you.
