We were nervous because of some of the reviews but it is great value for money and they must have been expecting too much! The food was good and was nice to have the combination of half board. The children loved to pool and the adults could easily relax. e staff were helpful with everything and the rooms were clean and well looked after. I will be back in the future, espec with the great prices!!

This has got to be the worst all inclusive hotel i've ever stayed in on my travels, the food was absolutely horrendous the entertainment was non existent and to cap it all off the bar shut down at 11pm leaving you in the dark. Avoid this hotel like the plague and you'll have a wonderful time in this beautiful resort......

Where on earth would you go on holiday where the bar closes at 23.00hrs, and the lights put out immediately, thats what happened here. I would like to have known what we were eating, know sign to indicate what the food was. Tinned fruit every night and jelly, tasted like water where a jellycube had paid a brief visit. And please dont leave the serving spoon in the food chef would give you a row, And I noticed the pool didnt have the depth on the sides which I think is a health and safety issue, it was certainly deep and any none swimmer would have difficultes. On one of the nights Martin ( the so called enterainment guy) had organized at 22.oohrs a reptile show. you were not allowed to hold any of the creatures unless you were having a $10 photo taken. I think there was one child present. The snacks consisted of ham and cheese sandwiches every morning and evening, bread was hard. afternoons were sugary biscuts. hardly appetizing. Cala Millor was lovely but spoilt by accomandation. Never again.

When I arrived the staff were very friendly helping me find where I wanted to visit that day and suggested where to go that evening for a walk. Later in my stay they even drew me a map of where my tour bus was picking me up! Top service and so funny and friendly!

I was really impressed with the food, with a large selection and chicken which was very nicely cooked.

The lifts are a bit old school but I noticed a lot are older in Majorca. Rooms were a good size with a tv, safety deposit box and a very powerful shower. I have seen reports here about the water temperature, each time I had a shower it was constant and lovely and hot.
The public areas were lovely and clean and the swimming pool had a pretty water fall making it nice and relaxing and fun for the kids to play around.

The bar staff were great and there was a large drinks menu with hot and cold drinks, alcoholic drinks and fancy cocktails. There is a very large tv screen in the bar area which was fantastic for the world cup matches!

We stayed there over easter this year bookedit on line then stated to read reviews, we feared the worse but it was so cheap we would eat out if it was that bad. when we arrived there was a man at reception going mad because he nadn't had any hot water in his room for three days, here we go, I thought, we arrived too early to check in so receptionist directed us to the restaraunt for some lunch, the food was fantastic, loads of choices. Our room was a little tired but clean. We were really pleased with this hotel and would certainly return

After reading the reviews on here me and my friend were VERY worried of what we were going to expect! Never before have i felt so tensed walking into a hotel but i was very surprised! The lobby was bright and clean. We arrived gone midnight, the night porter was a lovely guy and he opened the restaurant and made us food and drink specially, The bedroom was spacious and clean minus one tiny mark on a pillow, the beds were comfy, the air con always worked ( we were told it would stop when balcony door opened but it carried on blowing out cold air!), the bathroom was clean and plenty of room, the water always ran hot and cold, very powerful shower.
We went all inclusive and i say was worth it! Unlimited drinks! Do have to pay for ice creams though and there weren't much around at snack times however breakfast/lunch/drinner had a great choice! Their curry and chicken were lovely! Do get the same chips, rice, veg every day but their meat dishes always changed. And they cater for vegeterians- soup, pasta, stuffed veg etc. Weren't too keen on the lamb but the fish and chicken were lovely! The male chef is a great guy but that woman one is the one you dont want to mess with! lol
All the staff were friendly and helpful, always up for a laugh and recommended places for us to visit.
Martin the entertainment guy is a waste of space but can be a laugh. He just shows up when he wants, does a bit of bingo and quizzes then takes the clubbers out at night-he gets commision on the amount of people he gets to certain clubs-wouldnt waste my time with him to be honest, places are easy enough to find.
The bar ordered a large screen tv for the spain v germany match, was a wicked atmosphere all night in town!
Only downside is that the bar shuts at 11pm, no warning, you're literally left in darkness, apparently its because locals nearby complain of noise. Fine for the ones wanting to go into town after but not sure what families and the oaps do once the lights go out.
Hotels in a great location, clean, great service, play area and arcade for the children and i generally dont see what everyone complains about. During meal times it were the English moaning about EVERYTHING! You get what you pay for at a 3* Spanish hotel.

I would warn you about the glass bottom boat trip you can get from the beach front. Lovely views of coast and relaxing however do find out when you need to change boats to get back because we got stuck on a 4hour journey going in circles rather than a 2 hour site seeing trip! lol It started to feel more like a taxi pick up in the end!
Lollypop and Chaplins are recommended night spots!
And theres a restaurant in Cala Bona called Brothers Bear, all u can eat ribs for 10euros!
