We had a brilliant holiday the staff are always friendly and helpful. The main parts of the complex ie reception etc are first class rooms are a little dated but clean and we had an ocean view. The maids were lovely too trying to make conversation although couldn't speak English but we managed lovely with the children. Food excellent we didn't go allinclusive because of previous bad experiences elswhere but def would consider at here. All inclusive can be booked on arrival at 3 day stints but must have long trousers for men, which my husband didn't. Well worth going if your after a family holiday in lovely surroundings. Resort has plenty to offer without the rowdy element no drunken louts at all.

just returned from a weeks all inclusive stay. travelled with husband, son 12 and daughter 5.
we all had a fantastic week. room was in 3 rd block, we had hoped for a sea view and could just see it if you looked around the corner but the room was an adequate size with new looking bathroom and handy extra large cupboard to store cases and beach gear. kitchen area was very basic but didn't need to use it so no problem. air-conditioning was a welcome bonus. rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday except Tuesday. All staff were very friendly. food was varied and plentiful, always fresh and well stocked. pool snacks were available for all inclusive if you didn't want a sit down lunch which we made use of most days. simple sandwich and cakes but not much more was needed after a huge breakfast. good choice of drinks including cocktails on all-inclusive. plus free ice-creams (important if you have children). kids club was very friendly and welcoming although most of the guest are Germany English children were made welcome. evening entertainment put on by kids entertainers and some nights acts came in. All were very good and translated in at least 3 languages. Daughter loved the kids club and mini disco. games put on for teens and adults alike. awards to be gained at the evening show if you take part. Pool a good size with plenty of sunbeds, never had a problem finding some together any time of the day. although not directly on the beach only a short 5 mins walk to the lovely sandy beach with life guards and very safe for families. water sports available for hire. All in all a great family holiday.

Booked as a late deal for a relaxing week with my wife and 7 year old son. Very happy with hotel, surprised it was only rated at 3 star, very clean, rooms a good standard and we were fortunate to get an end room with a massive balcony. Not a huge amount of english guests which was a refreshing change, only stayed as bed and breakfast as we prefer to eat out at night but breakfasts were nice with a very wide range of choices. Swiming pool area was roomy and never struggled with sun beds or mad morning rush with towels!!....this may have been due to close proximity of beach giving another option? All hotel staff friendly and easy going.

Liked Cala Millor, not too hectic and good choice of bars/resturantes for drinking/eating out. Beach was reasonably clean, plenty of sun beds/parasols, charged at 11 euros for 2 beds and a parasol.

Cala Millor Park proved to be a lot better than the three stars they've got should indicate. We were lucky to get a newly renovated apartment, and it was just cracking. The rest of the hotel was very nice, too. We didn't have all inclusive as many other families, but we tried the restaurant, and the food was very good. The pool area was bigger than most hotels nearby, and the shows at night were worth watching.
The staff was very friendly, the cleaning was good and I can't find anything wrong to say about the hotel although the rule saying gents had to wear long trousers for dinner is quite silly.
Cala Millor had a lot to offer, bars, restaurants and shops. We went to Cala Bona to eat now and then, and some of the restaurants there were really great. The best of them was Es Mollet in the harbour. If you like fish you should go there.

Ok, this hotel should perhaps deserve 4 stars, but, I will go through the good and the BAD!
1) The rooms, well ours are on the corridor, the bedroom has No window, only a door which leads to a stramge non space with BIG vents in a wall, so all the sound of late night revellers comes pounding in at all hours. Also noise is evident above.
Apart from that, the kitchen was vv basic, vv little cutlery or dishes etc, at a push I got a corkscrew, but could not in any circumstances by furnished with a sharp knife!
No microwave or toaster or kettle either just 2 vv old electric plates.
Beware also eating out is vv expensive and the food is average to poor. Beware especially The Texan, the food is appaling, and they charge €2 for sauce!
2) Information to go places etc was very sketchy and poor, the night staffman had NO English, but did have german!, which brings me on to my next point.
The hotel, (and don't mention the war) is 95% German Danish etc, absolutely no problem with that they were very reserved even when they won the football, just is nice to mingle with a mixture of cultures including your own for the odd chat!
3) The Pool was vv small fit for a dozen or so adults, and half is taken up each day by volley ball, the picture is old!
4) Wi Fi, ok, it is €8 hour, or pay per go, which is NOT clear. There was NO games room, or indoor pool and sauna.jacussi as advertised, however this was underway as we left!!!
5) Night entertaiment was stage music mime off's and a bit of magig etc...hmmmm
6) The food was ok, somewhat repetative, and vv Germanic. We were all inclusive, but after one request for a drink with dinner, we felt awkward by the staff when asking for one more, they just ignored you.
The same is of the day and evening situation, the drinks are cheap processed sickly generics, not pleasant!
Weather was nice, caves of Drach, Do Not Go, it is a film show and a walk through a dark passage! Really overpriced.
We went around Palma is lovely, a car is a must, the Strip' in Calla millor is a gauntlet of the usuall cheap tat and stret mimes etc.....
Ok, would I go again, no way, vvv quite, especially for teens or even younger kids, they didn't even have a football for my lad, or ping pong bats etc for the table, so I bought both!!!!
Looks nice, is boorrring! Yes it is what you make it and that's that.

Just came back from a 2 week holiday at Cala Millor Park Aparthotel. I really enjoyed our stay as the hotel has just been renovated infact there is still some minor works going on. It appears that the A.I part of the hotel had new updated rooms however we were in the front block of 3 and our room was a little dated. A minor complaint was that the bedroom a drying area in it with a door. The drying area has a big concrete vent which is open right on to the open area corridor. It proved to be quite noisy at night with hotel entertainment and folk going back to their rooms especially with a 5yr old sleeping in the room. However its only a minor complaint. We were self catering so never ate in the hotel so cant comment on food. New pool area is excellent, plenty sun beds to be had! I really love cala millor as a resort however the resort is very german orientated. which doesnt bother a scotsman at all however this is reflected in the hotel entertainment and the hotels T.V channels (only bbc world news in english compared to around 20 german channels which did make for interesting late night viewing!!!!! Cala Millor has plenty to do and the local bus service can take you to most places including the Caves of Drach and neighbouring resorts. DO NOT EVER visit the local safari park its on the list of the top ten places NOT to visit compiled by WWF. A disgraceful place. Walk to Cala bona and go to the harbour it has a very good restaruant called L Olivia.

Best - Pool area, staff and new areas of the hotel.
Worst - That open air cupboard!

UK weather getting me down so did a bit of research on Trip Advisor and came across this, looked too good to be true, but it was great. Someone mentioned resort too full of Germans/not enough Brits which clinched it for me.

Went with 9 yo son, we had a blast, great pool - 2 sunbeds per person round the pool, sea view from balcony - the rooms ending in 01 in the main building are best because they are on the end of the building and we had a balcony on 2 sides which meant in the sun all day, but ours was only 2 bed

"Self catering" kitchen was a bit sparse but could brew a cup of tea and keep stuff cold in the fridge.

Staff very helpful, especially the gorgeous Rita on reception with the flashing smile, bikes a bit rubbish but at €5 a day, what do you expect - choose carefully before you commit.

Beach fantastic, town lively at night , typical Spanish resort fare so don't expect posh frocks, but just far enough away from us. The prom was fantastic and car free. Hotel entertainment was mediocre but wasn't why we went, just a chance to chill in nice, pleasant, safe surroundings.

Would highly recommend for a family holiday or couple just looking for some quiet sun, sea and sand.
