Very hard to fault, read the reviews, they rate this Hotel very highly and so do I. I could repeat what so many have already posted, but instead concentrate on a few negatives, Just for information. One, the plates for breakfast are very small !!! For such a wonderful choice, they should use the ones that are available for other meals.
Two at breakfast time the coffee is available in insulated jugs, beware, some get cold, instead just get your coffee from the machines on the side tables, much hotter.
Three, the air conditioning, while the very quietest I have ever heard, (and yes it was working) is set not to bring the temperature below 26 degrees centigrade, which some may find a bit warm.

I have read the reports that don't give this hotel maximum ratings, because the men have to stick to a dress code, thank goodness, I really don't want to see hairy knees at dinner, if you want to look a slob there is other hotels to go too.

The Hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. in the last forty years, some charging a lot more. The hotel is very quiet at night, the food selection is amazing, and the staff wonderful. What more can you ask for ?

This was our second visit to this hotel and could not fault one aspect of any of it. Food fantastic, accomodation and cleanliness first class and the staff were excellent from the bar staff to the cleaners. nothing is too much bother for anyone and the entertainment team were also excellent my only small gripe was the entertainment from outside the complex too many couples singing which can be quite boring night after night but it would not put us off going back. our room had a fab balcony which not only gave us a sea view but also a pool view what more could you ask for had no problems with sunbeds. ca nnot recommend it enough.

Just returned from a fantastic 11 nights at the Cala Millor Park, All Inclusive
We stayed at this Hotel last year and were worried it wouldn't match our experience for a 2nd time, we needn't have worried.
The Hotel itself is fantastic, it was clean, modern and comfortable and all the Staff were friendly, helpful and professional and some of them recognised us from last year which was nice :
Reception helped us with a request to get another person into the Hotel with no problems.
Restaurant - the staff worked very hard and were always smiling. A special thank you to Paula who was always helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Bar Staff : A big thanks you to Emilio, Dada, Rafael, J Carlos and Jesus who, like everyone else at the Hotel, were friendly and made an effort to get to know us by making conversation.
Maid Service : Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We even had a couple of towel models on our last night which was a lovely touch.
Food : Excellent choice and always cooked well. Lots of salads, breads, and meat and fish dishes.
If I had to be critical I can only come up with 2 very picky items:
1. Men must wear long trousers to Dinner which is fine but when it is very hot it can be uncomfortable. It doesn't help when Ladies are allowed to wear very short skirts/dresses and vest tops which seem to be acceptable. I don't see why Men can't wear trouser shorts(knee length) of an evening but as I say only a minor gripe.
2. TV - I know you don't go on Holiday to watch TV but it would be nice to have more of a choice of English Channels than Sky News or BBC News, especially when there are multiple Spanish, German and Italian channels.
Resort : Cala Millor is a quiet resort with many bars and Restaurants. From our experience don't expect lots of discos etc. The entertainment tended to be sport, quizzes and karaoke etc.
Fab promenade which goes for miles and is flat.
We didn't use the beach but it looked clean and was very popular.

Overall we had a fantastic Holiday and would like to thank all the Staff at the Cala Millor Park and we will return again.

My wife and I stayed for 11 nights in august and were very impressed from day one. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has been refurbished to a high standard in all areas.
The resort centre and beach are both within a two minute walk making the location ideal.
We found all the staff very friendly and hard working especially DaDa and Jesus, who enjoyed friendly banter with the guests.
We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival which was huge, had very comfy beds and a view straight over the pool.
On an all inclusive package we found no usual pushing and no large queues in the restaurant and the food was excellent at all meal times.
Sunbeds were no problem at all even though the hotel was fully booked, we enjoyed the same beds every day without getting up at silly oclock although the staff were removing towels when we were waiting for our transfer to come home.
All in all we had a fantastic relaxing holiday with no complaints at all and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: email before u travel and ask for a pool view

We have just stayed at this hotel for 1 week in a junior suite.
The hotel is very good indeed, everywhere is spotlessly clean, the staff are all very helpful and the location is perfect.
The food is very good with fresh fish and meat, plenty of salads, vegetables, pastas, paella, pizza and breads as well as a few other Spanish specialities.
The drinks are good and in the day there were no queues like some other all inclusive hotels i have been to before, the waiter service of an evening is a little slower but if you look after your waiter, he will look after you.
There was never a problem with the sunbeds - we came down to the pool around 9am everyday and there was always loads of beds to choose from.
The evening entertainment was the usual magic shows and bike riding parrots which was all a bit boring!!!!
This hotel is very much geared towards its German guests and there are loads of them here, about 80%.
Like every nationality you get different personalities but I did find some of the guests at this hotel quite rude but that is not the hotels fault so I would not let that put me off going to this hotel as it is extremely good for a 4* Spanish all inclusive beach hotel.

Room Tip: Junior suites are very large and modern only 2 English channels which are both news channels

Only bad point is that it never stated in Thomas Cook Brochures or by Travel Agents that trousers to be worn at night. There was 4 men in our party and they was given waiters trousers or wasn't allowed to eat in the restaurant when all inclusive. Make sure you take for the men. Very strict. We was told to eat elsewhere if they didn't wear and pay at restaurants, even though we paid all inclusive at the hotel. The Thomas cook rep didn't know re this either. As we complained.
Also states in Thomas cook that there's satalite tv in the room. Not majority German channels and 2 channels in English. I know it's a holiday and not to watch tv but when children are going to bed early and the party are still partying. Not much to do.

Apart from above rant. The hotel is superb. Clean, food great for everyone and staff are lovely.
