Charo made us very welcome at her casa rural. Our rooms had lovely rustic charm, were very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and with a well equipped kitchen. The views from the houses are lovely. The pool is great for a cooling dip and the pool cabana is a great place for an evening drink. Nearby Agua Amarga has a great family beach and some good simple restaurants - good seafood and paella. We also had 2 fabulous days at the beaches at Los Muertos (15 minute walk down from the car park, great swimming beach, with a quick drop off) and Los Genoveses (easier walk from the car and you can wade our for 200 metres up to your middle). A lovely area for a peaceful, simple holiday.
