So much time coming around Riofrío and almost by chance we've discovered this great place. Recommended by some good friends and gourmets, we suspected that this restaurant was going to be over the average and it didn't dissapointed us.
We let the lounge manager, who was really nice and thoughtful, to guide us. His recommendations were more than right and we enjoyed some deliciuos clams and Huelva white shrimps that took you to this Atlantic city in every bite, as starters. Then as main course, a roast milk-fed lamb leg (funny in a village whose main business is fish, trouts and sturgeons) and a home style trout. I usually enjoy lamb and, of course, it's not my first one but I can say that it was the best one I've ever tasted. The waiter left a fork and a knife for this dish and honestly I didn't need the knife at all since it was a "fork lamb leg" as Francisco, the lounge manager, said.
We'll be back for sure.
