I have read through all the reviews and it seems that many of the negatives of the past have been overcome. The most positive aspects are definitely the staff, who seemed very welcoming and friendly. At all times I was greeted with a smile, friendly tone and helpful conversation.
The location itself is quite isolated, as has been mentioned. The beach is close, but far below what I was expecting given the pictures. The food was always very nice and presented in a nice way, but the cover charge felt unnecessary, given that all parties were eating and residents and there was no entertainment. It felt like the innkeeper from Les Misérables could have been singing in the background.
All in all, nice staff but not worth the cost.
