“5 stars for value for money”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 16, 2013

Very good value for the three course menu, our children didn't want to go back again but ate most of their meals so that's good enough for us.

“Best in town”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 1, 2013

I have been here many times, with friends and on my own. The staff are very friendly and polite, the food is excellent, as is the service. It is always very clean and there are also tables outside on the terrace if you prefer. Top food at a reasonable price.

“Excellent food / poor service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2013

The food here is very good for it's very reasonable price, try the baozai , excellent! The mixed starter is the only thing we had that I would say is not very good, the beer is ok if a little watery, the coke cheap at 1.20 for a bottle and the wine reasonable, but only go here if you not bothered about waiting ages we waited over an hour for our food, and so did most other people , granted it was a very busy night but that's no excuse they only had 3 serving. Didn't put us off going back though as we were in no rush, we were on holiday! The service was slightly better the next time as it wasn't so busy but still not very quick. They also do take aways if you prefer to stay in your apartment.

“Fabulous food and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 12, 2013

One of the best Chinese in Almeria. We have visited this restaurant on many of occasions and we have never had a bad meal, several of our family and friends have had meals here and some have said they wished they had such an excellent Chinese restaurant back in the UK. The portions are very generous so you do have to be careful what you order!! drinks are a very reasonable price, they also do a take away service.Weekend, it does get very busy even during the winter months. Highly recommended.

“Unbeatable quality and value - a real must visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 8, 2013

This outstanding Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Korean restaurant has something Asiatic for all tastes - do not confuse this 'Imperial' chinese with the 'Imperial' at the Garrucha end of the Playa. Our meal for three from the a la carte section came to €62.00 and included - Fresh orange juice, large glass for €2.50, water @ €1.30 for 1/2 litre and coffee for €1.20. Starters Spring roll €1.10 per piece, Deep fried prawns (more like mini lobsters!) @€6.95 and chicken satay, 3 pieces, €3.50.
Mains were huge and we couldn't finish them, I would suggest all dishes and share between two, if you are still hungry order some more - we had food left over - tut tut. Singapore noodles €4.85 a meal in its own right nothing else required! Prawns in black bean sauce with cashew nuts (12 large prawns) €7.75 and beef in black bean €5.50. House rice - massive portion - €4.50. Duck curry - blimey it was enough for three! €8.50. Everything excellent, beats all other Asian restaurants hands down around here - try it, you will not be disappointed.
