“Tasted good seemed authentic”
Reviewed September 27, 2012

When I travel I try to sample various cuisines. Recently when I was in Chesapeake I wanted to try Filipino food. I searched and found Maymar. It is a little difficult to find, and small, but certainly worth the effort to locate. We went in and the staff was very friendly, explaining what each selection in the semi-cafeteria style hot line was. I have only eaten Filipino food on one other occasion so I am no expert on Filipino authenticity but I am an expert on tastes good – and this really tasted good. I will go back next time I am in Chesapeake.
